    Awful service at travelodge

    Me and my girlfriend stayed 2 nights at travelodge and the first day was absolutely terrific, enjoyed the stay on 8/8/20 to 9/8/20 so much we booked To stay an hour longer + booked it again for another night but then the time was ruined by rude + disrespectful security & receptionist staff. Who attempted to casually walk into our rooms + kick us out while we slept Its unfortunate that the high hopes That had been thrown away and unfortunately its my local hotel but I will definitely not book here again. Dreadful experience

    Stayed here a lot for work.... cant say a bad word... brilliant staff and one staff member tracy couldnt do enough to help... anything wanted and needed has been dealt with can highly recommend... ask for Tracey for everything cos shes brilliant and helpful in all ways to help

    It was ok

    It was a room and a bed nothing special. Problem was I can't sleep with windows closed. Didn't know I'd be listening to trains all night. If you come by car don't use the car park. Plenty of side road to park if you don't mind a little walk

    Always a pleasure

    As a regular visitor, the staff are always helpful so no problems occur. Also handy for local Asda, Poundland and other shops with short walk to bus and train services. Room always cleaned well and coffee & tea on regular supply.

    ONE-OF-A-KIND

    I have soo much to write to praise the staff at Travelodge Feltham but the space here would not be enough. (In short), I have never experienced exceptional customer service like the one I have experienced at this particular branch of Travelodge (and I am a good traveller in and out of the UK). I have been staying at the Travelodge for a number of weeks as am working on a project in London. I checked into Travelodge Feltham in October (and I am still there this December 2020); the staff have been nothing but exceptional. Mainly their Manager, her Assistant and the lady that works in the evening and finishes at 11pm. They are simply exceptional. I will forever recommend and personally always only stay at Travelodge Feltham from now onwards. I hope the Management of Travelodge will see this review, you have an exceptional team at your branch in Feltham, and I believe they wouldn't be as good as they are if they didn't have their Manager Ekaterina - Incredible!
