  Beautiful Hotel on The North Sea

  Stayed here in late summer. Very beautiful views. Clean modern hotel. I wish I was there in warmer weather so I could have enjoyed the beach. The view from our balcony was lovely. I was visiting the city of Bremerhaven. We decided to stay outside the city. It was a trip down memory lane for me. My parents grew up there and I had not been there in nearly 30 years. Family members met us for diner at the hotel. The food was superb as was the service. A great time was had by all!

  Truly amazing surroundings but amateaur staff

  Stayed here for a night on our journey south. Amazing surroundings and a fine new and clean hotel, but the staff was untrained and unattentive but kind, once you got their attention. We had a room with balcony facing the ocean and campingsite (lots of entertainment!). A good nights sleep. We had to wait for an hour for a table in the restaurant, though several tables were free but uncleaned. Food good and with a "local twist". Breakfast buffet confusing and everything somewhat seemed to contain lots of sugar (and I like sugar :-) ) Poor internet.

  Spectacular Hotel

  My wife (born in Bremerhaven) and I spent a week at the Hotel Deichgraf while visiting friends in the area. We had a wonderful room with a great view of the river and ocean, we only turned on the TV to watch the news, mostly we watched all of the traffic on the river and enjoyed the fresh air while sitting on the balcony. The only bad thing we have to say is our visit was to short , in 2016 we will spend 2 weeks at this lovely hotel.

  Clinical

  We stayed for one night on our way north through Germany. The location is very impressive overlooking the North Sea and Weser estuary, although spoilt by the caravan park right outside. Large clean functional rooms. Food rather germanic, huge portions, and indifferent service. Not the place to go if you are looking for a cosy seaside retreat, but clinical and efficient.

  Great view over the river mouth while youre sit in the restaurant

  Its a great location on top of the dike with a wonderful view over the water. The rooms are clean and tidy. The staff is friendly. The wellnes area is small but its a wonderful expierience to rest in a deck chair while looking throuhg the skylight in the sky. ..... please excuse my english half of it comes from google translator :-)
