  Very disapointing hotel

  I have read few reviews about this hotel, and had a lot of expectations. Actually very little of them have been met. Some of the rooms are big, especially those which can host up to 4 guests. But others are small. The bathrooms are more or less the same, and all of them are designed in a ridicules uncomfortable way: the toilet and the douche are in the same area so actually when you take a shower the toilet and the toilet paper are getting soaked. There is no air circulation in the bathroom so in some rooms there was a bad smell and because of that we had to change the room. The room wasn't clean and dead flies were found in several places. No tea/coffee facilities or a kettle, although we got one when we asked for it. The location is far from the center of the village, although walking distance. The breakfast was fair, but nothing special. Good internet connection, staff is doing its best to be helpful.

  Quiet retreat

  Stayed one night in a large room on the top floor of this small clean hotel recently. This was an unplanned stay because our booking in another hotel was messed up by our tour operator Panagia Sumela Tour. Despite having had just one hour's notice of our arrival, the staff in Goblec were friendly, efficient and very welcoming. Free tea and coffee was offered on arrival, and again before bed. Quiet, nice view out over the river and mountains. Within walking distance of the busier part of Uzungol. Yes, the bathroom layout is problematic but it did not detract from our enjoyment. Thank you, staff!

  Good experience

  I stayed at this hotel for one night and found the staff very friendly and accommodating. My room was large with one double bed and two single beds. It was very clean and I had no problems with it at all.

  Cosy motel

  Location is excellent at the beginning of Uzungol and only 500 meters from the lake. Room is big, view is amazing on the river. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is normal and the same every day. No left only stairs to go to the upper floors. Bathroom is small

  I will stay here every time I come to Uzungol

  Staff are just amazing. Rooms are very good although the toilet is very small and there is NO safe inside the room. Breakfast is normal but satisfactory. on the last day they cooked for us Koymak which is corn flour and cheese, it was really delicious. River viiew of the room was OK because there was not much water. I love every single thing in this place. Not suitable for old people or who has knee problem because there is no left.
