  brilliant week

  wow,went to the va apartments with my daughter for a quick getaway ,can't believe the service we received, the apartments are beautiful and so are the family that run them ,just didn't want to leave thankyou for making our stay unforgettable and we will be back, in the uncertain times we are all facing this was truly an oasis of calm loved every minute , missing you all, hope to see you again soon xxx

  Beautiful apartments & wonderful people

  We recently stayed at VA Boutique apartments & had a wonderful week. The apartments are very spacious & really clean. The surrounding areas are lovely with fab artwork & it has a lovely homely feel. Leannah & her two beautiful daughters are the friendliest people you could meet. Cocktails are really good & food is very fresh & homemade. We will definitely be back & thank you all so much for looking after us.

  Lovely friendly quirky hotel...totally safe during covid

  Positives...we were upgraded on arrival giving us two balconies and two bedrooms which was useful. They stayed up late for our arrival even though this was well after midnight. The decor is very quirky and artistic which Vassia has done herself. An adults only hotel really. It was nice To meet other couples from around the country seeing how covid had affected them. There is a nice vibe to the hotel and plenty of recliners around the pool. The pool was a bit cool but it was October, it didnt stop us going in 3 times. Nice cocktails. They sorted out car hire for us. What could have been better. Facilities in the kitchen area. No chopping board or sharp knife scissors or side plates. We coped but it was very basic by British standards. Also I dont know if this is typical in Greece but there was only a shower curtain rather than a cubicle and consequently the bathroom floor got wet every time you had a shower. Do try their Greek breakfast, it was very tasty. It was our first time in Corfu and we loved it but were glad we hired a car for 4 days otherwise we would have got bored. The beach at Acharavi is not quite like some of the photos. It is shingle first before it gets to sand. But it was lovely and warm in October. It is a 20/30 minute walk by the sea to Roda where there is more happening, more restaurants and a sandy beach. There is a very good restaurant literally round the corner from the hotel called Barden, good food and very good prices. Recommend the gyros and mixed grill for 8.5 euros. Overall would strongly recommend. This is a small unique hotel with a lot of thought and care and lovely hosts.

  Quirky and luxury Art hotel with the BEST hosts

  This was our third time in this small oasis.This place is really unique and different.The efford that has been made to be perfect down to the smallest detail is incredible.Embellished with fantastic murals which are real artworks, quirky,luxury decor and furniture but very homey at the same time.The best cocktalis and the amazing homemade food made our stay truly unique.A great big thank you to our beautiful hosts at VA for keeping us all safe with your brilliant cleanliiness and your amazing hospitality.Your boutique hotel is out of this world and your hospitality is something we've never experienced before.Thank you for your valuable assistance,your excellent hospitality,for all the lovely recommendations and a great big thank you for making our holiday so special.We can't wait to return,see you soon xx

  Unique hotel with perfect hosts

  A unique and beautiful hotel with heart and soul Definitely the best place to stay in Acharavi.We had an amazing week at V.A Boutique. The hotel is as previously described perfect in the smallest detail. The rooms were massive and super modern with stylish furniture, bathroom was beautiful and very homey with a beautiful ad very stylish chandelier.We had a lovely kitchen but we didn't use it, we preferred to have very tasty snacks and breakfast at the pool bar, Greek breakfast is divineTop tip:Try Leanahs mousaka is absolutely beautifulThe whole place is mind blowing. The beach is literally one minute walk ,we've managed to capture some amazing sunsets Acharavi is very beautiful and quiet ,ideal to relax. We have booked for next year directly with the hotel. The hosts are super friendly and very helpful. We had a wonderful time,we didn't want to leave..Thank you so much for everything. Highly recommended!! Loads of love Elena & Mary xx
