  Excelente familiar

  Estuvimos con familia invitados a un casamiento el lugar es fantástico tiene un spa pequeño pero con todo lo necesario y el desayuno es buenísimo las habitaciones son muy cómodas y la atención superlativa.hago una mención especial para Luis el dormían encantador súper servicial

  Excelente atención y servicio!

  Un hotel muy bueno, para negocios, el servicio e intalaciones es muy bueno, el personal habla español y se esmera por entender al visitante. Esta cerca de la estación de hichsville (LIRR) . Hay un restaurante dentro del hotel bueno y con precios razonables, el desayuno es muy bueno.

  Ali and the other staff were excellent and the facility was excellent. This is the second time at Viana for our anniversary and I love it. I would recommend this place to anyone. The location is great.

  Romantic and relaxing

  My husband surprised me with a stay here and it was absolutely so romantic and relaxing! Our room had a jacuzzi in it, rose petals all over, chocolate covered strawberries and champagne. The staff so was welcoming, kind and really made sure we didnt need anything. Outstanding customer service and I cant wait until our next stay here. I wont go anywhere else!!!

  Absolutely Divine Valentines Day Stay 11/10

  Coordination: Before I even arrived at the Vienna Kasey Wurth coordinated and answered every question I could possibly have over email (which was so important for me during a busy tax season). I wanted several package upgrades the week before valentines day on my initial booking and Kasey contacted me immediately whenever a single item I was looking for (massage, room upgrade, 5 course dinner reservations, breakfast addition, even jacuzzi in the suite). Check in: When I arrived they checked me in immediately and I met Kasey personally as this is a single Hotel not a big chain, and you feel that immediately. I got my key within 15 minutes and had every aspect of my package explained to me in detail as well as access to a text service that allowed me to communicate with the staff on my need. Hotel Staff: The staff is so friendly, and personable. They had immediate text room service and contact with the cleaning staff so your whole stay you could just text towels please and receive them within 15 min usually! They were patient and caring and seemed like they really enjoyed talking to and greeting the clients. Restaurant: The food was absolutely divine and I worked in fine dining for years before I became an accountant. The lamb specifically is to die for. Room: The room was clean, comfortable, easy to plug my devices into HDMI, wifi was immediate w/o password and fast. The bed was perfect and the balcony was fun even in the winter. The jacuzzi, bathroom, and sink were fantastic. Shower water pressure was high and adjustable, absolutely amazing. Overall: To get a 5 star quality 5 course dinner, 24 hour overnight stay, couples massage, king room with jacuzzi, immaculate service, amazing breakfast, and complimentary champagne and chocolates for this value is insane. For less than or around $900 at this level of luxury and service (depending on package, I got everything) would be double the cost at the big chains and at the Viena it is much better quality and customer service and I speak from 10 years of experience from previous travels to other hotels. There were no tacked on fees, everything was transparent. For this value starting at $150 and going up to $1000 for the max value (my package) you simply cant beat this hotel: Restaurant: 5 Course Dinner - 10/10 Expeditor and Wait Staff - 11/10 (especially the captain) Breakfast - 10/10 (was less than $20 a person for an amazing omelet chef and great fresh buffet selection) Hotel Staff and Convenience: Management Kasey Wurth 15/10 Room Comfort 9/10 Communication and Service 11/10 Flexibility/Accommodation 10/10 Cleaning 11/10 Spa: Masseuses: 10/10 amazing personalities Ambience and Value: 9/10 You could feel the love and it didnt sacrifice any luxury. Despite being a single location their best package is as or more luxurious than typical 5 star options. Especially due to their covid accommodations like room delivery of utensils, glasses, classy trays, rose petals, etc. Overall: 11/10 must stay and I will be staying again. Will be planning with Kasey Wurth again as well highly recommend you reach out her. I have never have been so satisfied with a hotel manager in my life.
