poor holiday evernow don't get me wrong I booked this holiday with on the beach on receipt of holiday voucher ,on arrival the road didn't exist I had to phone on the beach up ,to get the agents number after 1and a half hour wait in burning sun with my wife and 2 children we got to the villa and was told we could only stop in the villa 2 nights out of 11 nights then we would be moved to another villa ,we got picked up by a Nissan pick up and a dirty 4 x 4 and dropped off at villa maya the villa was occupied by a English family who said they have had a holiday from hell ,the villa was facing a derelict hotel with no shops bars or supermarkets ,we refused to stop and told the client we was not happy ,the client said if we stopped there for 2 nights another villa would be available in 2 days ,I agreed that if the client would pay for taxis we would stop but was far from happy, we finally unpacked 5 days into our holiday ,no apologies from on the beach and apparently the client hotelbeds have 68 properties in corralejo so you could end up anywhere don't look at the photographs on the website it s a big con , the clients rep is rosevita and is german know it all ,I ask my children if they had a good time my 12 year old said it was rubbish and my 8 year old cried ,also our friends from London were staying at hotel suite atlantis ,we were told verbally by rosevita that we could not use the facilities advertise ,never had change of bedding or towels in the last villa ,they just couldn't give a toss .

Villas Corralejo Roulette, FureteventuraMy partner & I are in our 60s & we booked this self catering villa via an entry on Teletext Holidays online. We stayed in Corralejo for 10 days from 6/3/16. The title used on that website is Villas Corralejo Roulette. The description online gives an impression that the villa is on a complex which it isn't. The villas seem to be owned or managed by a company & are in a residential area. So you will not be dropped off outside your villa by an airport transfer bus. The company will send directions which will get you there by car or nearby by bus. There is no meet & greet, the keys being in a small key safe next to the front door, the code of which you are sent. Best of luck if you arrive in the dark! We were surprised there was no welcome pack of milk & water so a problem if you arrive when the shops are closed. Contrary to comments on Teletext, the villas are not near to amenities. There is a very small minimarket 5 minutes walk from our villa on Calle la Gomera. The Campanario centre was 10 minutes walk & had a few shops & restaurants but they were very average. There is a good big supermarket there. The main part of Corralejo is 25 minutes walk away, at least a mile & the beach is 15 minutes walk.. The villa we had number 65 Calle la Gomera was large, clean & well equipped. The kitchen had all the gear you'd need including fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine. The bedrooms were large, good wardrobes with plenty of hangars, & each had an ensuite or bathroom. TV channels were limited but didn't bother us really. Outside, the pool was about 10 meters long, & heated. There were 5 good quality loungers, sunshade, table & 6 chairs for eating outside. But.. there was no aircon which wasn't a problem in March (16 to 23C) but would be later in the year. The fans in the lounge & bedrooms wouldn't cope. Wifi is free the 1st day then 15euros for a week & good signal. I got a good signal on my mobile on EE. There was a free safe in the bedroom, large enough to take a tablet & camera as well as passports etc. There is a bus stop near the Campanario but there aren't many bus routes on the island compared to Tenerife or Lanzarote. If you stay at these villas you really need a car especially if you have any mobility problems. The cleaners came in twice weekly. I give the villa itself 4 stars not 5 due to the lack of aircon. But the villa holiday I have to give only 3, because of the distance from the main amenities of the town, the inaccurate description, & lack of local contacts. I would not stay in these villas again.

Holiday in Fuerteventura Corralejo. Flight to Madrid one day stop and from Madrid to Fuerteventura by Iberia.Travel Agengy support worked well, villa was a bit old but clean and location was excellent.Timing was not best possible meaning poor flight connections. Mobile coverage and WI-Fi was inadequate. In order to see more, car is necessary. Golf Club Salinas de Antigua was a disapointment, far from Corralejo, expensive and no value for the money
