  No es la mejor opción para visitar Piacenza

  El hotel está algo alejado del centro histórico de la ciudad (unos 30 minutos a pie), por lo que hay mejores alternativas para visitar la ciudad por un coste parecido. Las habitaciones están limpias, aunque el aspecto del hotel es algo anticuado. El desayuno no es demasiado variado, pero está bien para un par de días. El personal del hotel no es demasiado atento.

  The worst hotel I've ever been!!!

  This is a very dirty hotel. Poor breakfast, very very old furniture. The shower in bathroom didn't work well. I scared to touch anything in this hotel. 3 stars? It's a joke???? Only one plus: wifi has a good connection

  Positive

  Old fashioned hotel but at very cheap price. The room it's ok, small but clean and practical. Morning breakfast it's not what we eat in our countries but is tipically italian style, with coffee very strong and dense and some cakes. Final balance is positive.

  To be avoided.

  When I arrived, the door was closed, no reception. So I had to wait for n hour and someone came. The bathroom was dirty and rusty. There was no heating in the roomy. Even if I was assured that they put the heat in on. I moved to another hotel next day at the same price. No reason to stay here and the hotel should be closed since there is no one interested running the place as a hotel. Definitely, not recommended.

  Worst accommodation I have ever been to

  We chose Hotel VIP as accommodation for one night as transit on our way to Livorno and one night on our way back. It was the worst decision we could take. Although it is rated as a 3 stars hotel, personally, I would rate it as 1 star. On our first night, we stayed in a 3 beds room, small beds, one of them was a camping bed, it was not too clean in the room, the bathroom was... I don't have words for it. The towels, even though they smell clean, they were clogged and stained, the soap provided by the hotel was in a bottle. Overall, the feeling you have there is that you shouldn't touch anything. We also had breakfast... again, the worst I had ever seen - some croissants with flies on them put on a plate, few slices of toats left on a plate, cheese and ham we had to take directly from the packaging, 1 option for tea, 1 gem, and 1 butter. And that was it if I don't count the toilet smell that was in the eating area. We could also serve a capucino that was tasty. My husband chose some tea, but the cup he got had lipstick marks on it. He refused to drink it. On the second night we stayed there while retuning ( the booking was already paid and we kept it ), we got an upper floor room that was a little better than the first one, but again, the feeling that we shouldn't touch anything remained there. In the future, for sure we will avoid this hotel and advise all our acquaintance to do so.
