  Holiday from hell

  This place is absolutely disgusting we go to turkey every year and never i we stayed in a place like this We did not eat there all week and we were all inclusive The place was filthy the pictures above are nothing like the place I complained several times and even put it in writing Cle resort where's this the sign at front says club armar Food oh my god I wouldn't have give it my dog Staff were well useless asked what time do we have check out told I don't know Not given wrist bands for 4 days when we were refused a lemonade

  Awful !!!

  Omg 4 star !! More like 1 ! Receptionist can't speak a word of English . They kept out passports in a pile behind reception . Handed them all to find our own . Changed room 1st day wasn't up to expectations 1st one . Plug sockets hanging out . Spare fridge in room . Dirty shower curtain. Pool bar only at front, serving basic drinks , gin without tonic , vodka wine beer coke lemonade . Although if your face fitted you would get cocktails and a smile . Wasp and flys galoure by bat pumps Entertainment lacking Lifts dangerous Carpets need taking up Food basic and repeated Slide pool black scum all round the edge Only 2 umbrellas at the rear pool area. Ash trays dirty all the time Key card opened most people's door and if you locked your door of a night when you was in there it can open from outside . So any one could come in of a night Worst all inclusive holiday I've ever been on.

  Great Stay

  What im about to say is my personal opinion.. After reading all the negative feedback, i decided to give it a try.. I Loved it all.. Its my first time there, and i would call it a motel, with only around 20 rooma or less.. the staff there were very friendly and helpful, though their WIFI is a mess, but they are working to upgrade it.. CLE has the best location on the corniche , it has an exit right across the corner to head to the main street with migros supermarket minutes walking distance... much from Lebanon to CLE BEACH HOTEL...

  I would advise any one to stay at this place, i wouldn't call it a hotel more over it does not deserve to have 4 star rating. It horror from hell, a death trap waiting to happen. 1. Balcony rail tied with that plastic looking thing you hold wiees together and fact their was an near miss incident were rail came aware and little girl could of been seriously hart. 2. serve of staff very rude more so the manager and they pretend that they do not know English. 3. No entertainment 4. unless you like being ill away i would advise not to eat or drink from the hotel, but its so funny because it's supposed to be all inclusive, but the i also think no body told the hotel that they are all inclusive because the nite i arrived i ask for water i was told i have go shop buy, second day i went to the bar which stank of something which comes out of a Pearson in the toilet i was told i can't get a fizzy drink. 5. Left brakes down constantly, carpets disgusting, bedrooms not cleaned and dirty, bathrooms dirty, towels and linen dirty. Health and safy all the psss keys open each other hotel rooms so you might as well leave the door open. 6. Swimming uncleand. 7. Advertisements was free wifi they lyed only in the lobby and your luck if you can get connected, my wifi at my house would of work better. 7. The children's play area was so disgusting and unhygienic. This place should never be advertise holiday from hell. More depressed and angry and stressed and my children upset through the whole 7 days of hell.

  Disgusting...Be Warned.

  Where to start...mmmm..Filthy...Cockroaches on food trolleys.. Staff extremely rude and quite offensive.. Items missing from my room.loved turkey but this so called hotel...is a death trap.Please take care of your children...it just isnt safe at all.hope this review is helpfull.
