  Hotel from hell

  Dont know who's been writing these reviews on here i think it must be the staff please dont come here you will not enjoy it !!!Well what can I say 3 days with out any beer or wine and still haven't got any!!!! The staff do not speak any English battery went on safe could not get any money out of safe we have been told it will take 2 hours to get someone to open it wot a joke the whole place is a joke !!!! Good job its not the morning we were leaving as our passports are in safe and by the time it was all sorted out we would have missed our flight!! Food is awful would not feed my dog it !!! Rooms are very dirty had to ask for clean towels after 3 days as room had not been cleaned . Cleaning trolley has been left in corridor in the same place all week with KEYS TO EVERY ROOM just sat in full fiew of everyone. Could say so much more but my advise to anyone thinking of coming here do your research on this hotel .The final straw was waking up this morning to no water for shower toilet etc we had all that we could take so we lCHECKED OUT ! to spend our last night in comfort PLEASE PLEASE don't spoil your holiday by coming to this hotel

  Dont expect beer in this All Inclusive Hotel

  This dreadfull hotel should be renamed ALL EXCLUSIVE. Unfortunatly we are still here battling our way through our second week and it is extremely tough. When we arrived we were greeted to a sight of filth which must have been a build up of dirt and grubbiness over months. We dumped our bags in our room and went to the bar as we needed a beer after the shock of the hotel, well... the bar guy greeted us with a fag hanging out of his mouth and proceeded to pour two beers into SMALL WINE GLASSES!! We didnt realise how lucky we were as a couple of days later we find out there would be NO BEER OR WINE ATALL for 3 days. It got worce as later in the week we awoke one morning to find there was no HOTEL WATER in the hotel to flush the loo or shower with, staff had forgotton to order the tanker lorries to fill the hotel tank. As witing here during week two the hotel has today again run out of water and beer. After aproaching the so called Manager he just shrugges his shoulders with disinterest. Amongst other things, the room fridges dont work, there is no battery in the smoke alarm and paint is hanging off the ceilings. As well as the shortage of glasses, cutlery in the canteen is hard to find so one night we had to eat our evening meal with a spoon. We use our room safe to keep 2 beer glasses we eventually found and 2 sets of cutlery in! However we have had our glasses taken off us by the manager because they hold more than a small wine glass of beer! There have been two visits by Health Inspectors over the last few days as the hotel was reported by Turkish guests, they must have been brave to enter the kitchen as we witnessed massive louds of bags and bags of rubbish being removed the day after the visit. As for starting on the food, very little is edible and the canteen is just full of flies. This hotel manager could not run a hotdog stall let alone a hotel...AWFULL

  not healthy

  I have booked but did not stay here it was really dirty and not healthy i hope some people from government or ministry can read this review and control this place i will never ever visit or stay in this horrible hotel

  Avoid at any cost!

  We stayed 2 nights at this hotel at the beginning of June, 2013. Facility is terrible, food is inedible and there is no responsible person to get any answers from. The hotel feels like left over from 1950s; doors don't lock, rooms are dirty and hot water only ran part of the day, if that. The breakfast and dinner buffet leaves much to be desired considering the great food in Turkey. fruits were left out for days so they were soft and moldy, morning tea tasted like warmed-over bath water. Please don't waste your money staying at this hotel. The Cesme area is filled with good places to stay, no reason to stay at such a sorry place. Pity, the location is very good but the hotel wastes it completely.
