  Great *** hotel

  This is a very nice hotel. You acn see its older, but swimming pool is redone and rooms are very clean. Ford is nice, breakfast is boring but ok we eat it. Swimming pool is nice, but small. Its good when waves are big at beach. We had free sunbeds and umbrella on beach No.2 which is really near. And people that work in hotel apsolutly great. Very good staff.

  Very good hotel and staff

  We lived in Wasa for ten days, it was a great time and big pleasure! Staff is very polite and kind, everything that we asked was made without any hesitation :) The breakfasts are very tasty, the rooms were clean and cozy organized. The hotel also has its own cat that lives on the first floor. The cat was also very polite and adorable :)

  First and last time

  Double bookings. Staff unfriendly. Best to take your own toilet paper at the reception toilet because the staff will say go to your room toilet. Food caused stomach ailment. Room with cockroaches. Hotel location was good. Close to beach and shops. The cleaner was friendly

  The hotel itself is very good but...

  I don't know what is the reservation system in this hotel like, but lots of people from countries all over the world were sent to Kleopatra Suite hotel because Wasa otel was full. They promised us the other hotel was better and we could daily come 600 meters for breakfast, lunch, dinner and hotel beach. Such a nonsense. We wanted to be in city center, close tk all the venues and stores, that is why we bought room in here. Kleopatra Suite was one big dirty piece of sh*t. We spent 1 night in Kleopatra, after arguments on Wasa reception, we got room. I recommend to fight if this happens, but I was nervours and they ruined my first days of holiday!

  An amazing experience

  I stayed at Wasa hotel in Alanya from the 19th to the 26th of July 2020. I was very impressed with the level of dedication and professionalism of the staff at the hotel. From the cleaners who made sure my room was clean and tidy everyday to the cooks who prepared the most delicious food. A very special thank you to Hilal Karabacak who worked at the front desk. She was so kind and so helpful with anything the guests needed. This hotel was so hygienic and this was something very important to me especially with the COVID situation. I felt very safe and comfortable staying with them. I definitely plan to stay at this hotel again in the near future and I highly recommend Wasa Hotel to anyone and everyone. Keep up the good work WASA HOTEL !!!
