  ¡Muy decepcionado!

  Esto no es un hotel de 4 estrellas: la recepción está cerrada durante la noche; no hay mini-bar en la habitación, no hay caja de seguridad en la habitación; una televisión pequeña y barata; no había canales ingleses; edredones muy finos, estrechos y de poca calidad; no hay artículos de tocador (sólo un dispensador de jabón líquido). Y más: habitación apestosa, moquetas y toallas sucias. Placer final: tenía una enorme pila de estiércol de vaca o caballo justo fuera de mi ventana. ¡Enorme decepción!

  Excelente servicio y atención, habitación individual amplia, cómoda, con detalles de confort y lujo. Muy buen servicio de cena y desayuno, variado, abundante. A la noche show de música y posibilidad de bailar Estan muy bien organizados para recibir grupos turísticos y atender a todos con diligencia.

  Lovely stay but room for improvement

  Stayed here for 4 days as part of a Leger holiday package to Bavarian Castles and Swiss Glacier Express. The hotel was clean and comfortableand welcoming and for the most part the staff were polite helpful and welcoming. However its strap line is friendly and more. then they need to teach their waiting staff and barmen what that means, as they were anything but. There wwas no attempt to engage with the customers. In the waiting staff's defence I think this is down to the most chaotic approach to ordering and serving dinners. You were asked to chose your menu selection at breakfast and pick the appropriate numbered card from reception. At dinner you are then asked to place that card in front of you so the waiting staff can see what you have ordered. They then spend an inordinate amount of time wandering round looking for numbers equivalent to what they have in their hands. This also resulted in long delays between some of the table getting their choice and the rest of the table getting theirs. As a result they have no opportunity to engage with customers. other Austrian Hotels we have stayed in operate a table by table slection so the waiting staff know exactly wht each table has ordered and they all get served at the same time without wasting staff time looking for numbers. The two bar staff encountered had both had a charisma bypass and made no attempt to enagge with customers unless you were german or Austrian. Evening entertainment on two of the nights was OK.

  Lovely but rooms far too warm

  Stayed as part of a holiday package with Leger Holidays. Overall the stay was comfortable but sometimes by being too big a hotel with too many guests, you lose the customer care and attention to detail. Evening meals dragged on a bit and the orders for drinks were sometimes lost amongst the busyness of trying to get all the food out at relatively the same time. A bit more attention to detail would have improved the situation overall. Our drinks order was completely forgotten one evening so we went to the bar the following evening and took our drinks through. Breakfast was very good overall. The evening's entertainment was very good overall but it would have been nice to have had something on our last evening.

  Great place

  Its the perfect place for everyone! Its in the central of kirchfeld and easy to find. The people are super nice and friendy. The food is just perfect and for everyone who is a bit scared of corona, doesnt have to worry at all. Its completely safe! 5 out of 5!
