  Excelente, aunque necesita una renovación

  Me alojaron en este hotel por razones laborales. El hotel es inmenso y está en un complejo enorme. Los empleados hablan poco o nada de inglés, lo que da cuenta que no suelen recibir mucho turismo internacional. El hotel está muy cuidado, aunque acusa el paso del tiempo. Cuenta con una gran pileta de natación, y un pequeño gimnasio. Intenté tomar un tratamiento en el spa pero no pude hacerme entender con los empleados. El wi-fi de la habitación se cortaba constantemente.

  White Horse Lake Hotel -- a Beautiful facility in Hangzhou!

  White horse lake Jianguo Hotel is a modern Luxury hotel with all the amenities that one can think of. The hotel has indoor Swimming pool/gym. It's a 4/5 Star facility. My family consisted of 5 members and we stayed here in August 2018. We had 2 deluxe double bedroom units between us, at this hotel. The rooms we stayed in were very Clean/tidy Comfortable with A/C, attached modern bathrooms/en-suite, very comfortable/deluxe beds, WiFi, Flat screen TV sets etc. Room service was done everyday. Daily buffet breakfast was provided by the hotel which included a wide variety of foods with sumptuous selection of Asian/Chinese/Continental cuisine and a wide variety of desserts, cakes etc. plus Tea/coffee and fresh Fruit juices in abundance. This hotel has different blocks within it's premises (like most other big hotels in China do). So it's important to remember the Block number otherwise if you take the wrong lift (located on all sides of the foyer) you may end up going round in circles, disoriented in a different block or level, altogether). Because same pattern/design, even the room numbers are provided on every level, of every block. For example: you may receive a key-card from the reception with (mostly) Four digits. Let's say the four digits are -- 5433. The first digit 5 would therefore be the block number, followed by digit 4 which would be the floor/level number. The last two digits 33 would be the room number and so on. Most of the Lifts also operate with the key-cards. So if you don't have one on you, then you might really get stuck! It's quite a regular thing with many tourists in these hotels -- to get lost! Ha ha ha ha. This hotel is situated quite a distance from the City. But overall, it's a very nice, comfortable, Luxury hotel in Hangzhou, China. Malay Adhikari (Melbourne/Australia, 15 October 2018)

  Perfect

  A great government hotel. Brand new and it has everything one needs with a great breakfast and big comfortable rooms. Location is not the best because its far from the central part but for a conference hotel this was perfect. The park around it was beautiful too and my friend took me to a restaurant by one of the gorgeous local lakes that was only 15 min drive away. The whole area felt very relaxing. Its probably the best hotel I have stayed at in China.

  Beautiful White Horse Hotel

  The White Horse Lake Jianguo Hotel has a spacious lobby and the hotel room is clean and comfortable. Besides, the breakfast has good variety of both western and local cuisine. The location is a little distance away from the downtown.

  White & Red Horses...

  I stayed very well at the White Horse Hotel in Hangzhou. I liked the internal restaurant "Golden Phoenix". Delicious all the Chinese food, even the very creative versions of Cesar salad and Tuna salad, not of the splendid and delicate spaghetti carbonara, very abundant senguti from grilled lamb chops with peas (they look like beans ...) and new potatoes .. Courteous staff, very kind although limping in the English language .. great intelligence in providing me immediately with a knife and fork .. Good girls, my compliments ..! (nouvelle cuisine, not included ..)
