  3 to queen bed

  Also a lot of drunk men outside and in the lobby. Asked couple of times to move us to another Room But they refused to move use. I Have a Foster child and we needed a family size Room for 5 people. Even though there is only 4 of us I asked for 5 because I needed 2 Queen beds and a pull out a roll away due to my Foster child are not allowed to sleep with other people. They would not move us or help us out so 3 of us slept in one bed in the Foster child by himself it is very uncomfortable being that me, my husband, and my 15 yr old slept in 1 bed.

  Disappointed

  For a fairly new hotel that appeared very nice was not a pleasant stay. Trash outside was overflowing. Toilet paper holder missing and shower head fell off. This is poor management and maintenance and that leads to employees who dont care and that will ruin your hotel business. The internet was down when I checked in. The guy at front desk seemed shady and had to copy my card which I did not like. I booked online and used partial points but since internet did not work I ended up paying regular price. Its a shame because this is a nice property. Hope these issues will be addressed.

  Good hotel for the price

  Room was clean except for the sides of the bed hidden by the bed skirt. The only elevator that was working smelled like a mix of air freshener and cigarette smoke. The sausage rolls were burned beyond recognition but breakfast was otherwise satisfactory. One thing I was really peeved with was that the channel guide provided in the information binder did not match the channels on TV. Thats not a deal breaker but it is annoying. I appreciated that the hotel was quiet and that the bed sheets were clean though

  FROM BEST TO WORST!!! BEWARE!!!

  FROM BEST TO WORST!!! I stayed here dozens of times from 2016 to 2018 and out of the hundreds of hotels that I've stayed in, it was the BEST of them all. I returned this week to find new management in June of 2019 and it is the WORST of the $100+ per night hotels now. Unclean bathrooms, scratchy towels, lumpy pillows, loud A/C, late breakfast, broken elevators, no guide option for cable channels to find what to watch, in-room phones don't work and the WORST was the less than 10Mbps download speed with only 1Mbps upload. I couldn't even watch a basic video to learn how to do something for work! Their check in system wasn't working quickly the whole week I was there. The men at the front desk don't speak good enough english for us to understand, so not helpful when I asked for things to get fixed. Nothing was good about this stay except that my room wasn't burglarized. I will NEVER stay here again! I am a Platinum member and wasn't treated any differently than someone that just walked off the street with no Wyndham account. For $100+ a night, go somewhere else. There's other choices in Seminole or just stay in Andrews.

  a dead rat by the pool and it was never removed Staff at desk at check in did not speak english and barely understood my questions No sugar or cups at coffee station Just terrible to see managment not doing anything
