    AGRADABLE ESTADIA

    El hotel bueno y acogedor, la atencion normal, creo que a los huespedes extranjeros los pueden hacer sentir mucho mejor, me habian ofrecido desde mi reserva camara de vapor y me comentaron en mi estadia que estaba en mantenimiento por lo tanto no la pudimos disfrutar pero tampoco vi hacer ningun trabajo durante los seis dias que me hospede y un dia no me arreglaron la habitacion.Esto lo comento porque en otros hoteles holiday que he visitado me han hecho sentir como en casa y estan pendientes de cualquier detalle.Por lo demas el jacuzi, gim y piscina excelente y poca variedad en el desayuno.Fuimos un grupo 15 personas.

    Nula limpieza.

    Dos veces!!! dos veces me cambiaron de habitación por tener cucarachas, y la indiferencia del personal de recepción es impresionante porque obviamente saben de su problema y no hacen nada por solucionarlo, jamás se acercaron con nosotros para ver el problema, es incomprensible que un hotel tenga problemas de este tipo y más sabiendo que llega gente con niños!

    Absolutely Horrendous Customer Service

    Absolutely horrible. I paid for a room online. When I arrived for check in, I waited in the lobby for 10 minutes before someone came out of the back, no mask on. She then proceeded to tell myself and the other 4 people waiting for her that there were no rooms. They all walked away. I said, "but I reserved a non refundable room and you took my money." She said "what do you want me to do about it?" I said "ideally give me the room I reserved and paid for. If not, give me my money back." She shrugged and said, "it's money refundable and I don't have any rooms." I pulled up the app and said "you're still showing rooms available even." She stated "not my problem." I said I'd like my room or my money, at which she literally looked down her nose at me and said "not my problem." I returned today (the day after I was supposed to stay there) and got a different person. Both I and the rep I had on the line for my cc charge were exceedingly kind to the man at the front desk - but he was rude and brash to both of us. When the cc rep I had on the line asked for the mans first and last name, and the cc rep repeated it back incorrectly, the man at the front desk said 'close enough' and literally walked away from the desk, hiding in the back office until I left. Corporate has been notified. Um, taking someone's money and not providing the room they paid for IS DEFINITELY your problem. Don't go to this property. They're shiesters and con artists.

    Stay was horrible. Manager should be ashamed!

    The power outage during the storm messed up their key coding system so there were no room keys. It was suppose to be taken care the day I checked but had not. They had to come to the room and open the door for you every time you left the room. I understand with the storm here in TX some things are out of their control. The problem was if you know your front desk person is going to be spending most of their shift running all over this hotel opening doors for guest to get in their rooms why on earth do you only ONE front desk person on the shift? Check in, there was no one there to check me in. Eventually she came back from letting people in the rooms and checked me in and walked me to my room. Oops there were people in the room. Told me stand there and wait for her to return. She came back and got me later and walked me back down to the front desk and found me a room, then waiting on the next person of the 4 that had queued up since I had got there. then told me to go back upstairs and she would come let me in a bit. I chose to sit in the lobby , I had 2 small children with me. It took an hour to get in my room. The room was unbearably hot so I lowered the thermastat and an hour later still unbearable and found that the unit on the wall was uplugged. Ok now it starts cooling. There was no alarm clock and the phone didn't work. I didn't have an ice bucked and I got a room with two queen beds and there was one bath towel and wash cloth. No need to call front desk for anything , they won't answer because she is running around letting ppl in rooms. Now how incompetent or cheap and uncaring about guest or employees to have one poor person doing all this while guest wait and wait and wait. In the end the bed was great, very comfortable and got good sleep the couple hours I got to sleep but was a prisoner in my room unless I either left door unlocked or waited up to an hour to be let back in my room. A relative had been staying there in a different room. I had to leave early and she said she was going to ask to be moved to my room when I left. She told me they agreed so I left the kids art supplies and some food in the refrigerator , later the manager had them lock up the room so no one could get in and told her if she wanted the food and art supplies she had to pay another $69. smh, maybe with all the unlocked doors they are having people come in without paying?? either way it was rude and unprofessional and you will hold babies art supplies hostage? So they are obviously not communicating or following through on letting her leave her current and take over that one. She was having billing issues and asked for my reciept with my name and they gave her. First off she is not me, I did not authorize anyone at the front desk to give anyone MY receipt. She gave me the receipt they gave her. My card was charged when I checked in and again when I checked out showing the total owed as negative. ??? It could be a nice hotel. It seems full. If they aren't making enough money with a full hotel to be able to staff the place properly and keep it clean then they might as well close it. The only thing comfortable or acceptable about my stay was the bed.

    Dont recommend anyone to say here!! Zero stars very ghetto.

    The staff was very rude and unprofessional. When I went to the desk to ask for towels and washcloths the overnight staff told me, Thats all we have. Dont come back for more. How is it possible for you to tell a paying customer that they cant come back for more towels and washcloths. There were three people in a room with only one towel and washcloth. Housekeeping never came around to clean anything, not even after we asked for another roll of tissue. Neither did they come when we asked for soap to wash our hands. The phone in the room didnt even work. Housekeeping never came to empty our trash that ran over in the main area and bathroom our entire stay. Would not recommend to anyone!!
