  COMPLETE SCAM! RUN!

  They gave me a moped with the tail light glued on, and when the glued part fell off, they told me that either I pay or they call the cops. All this after they told me they had a religious holiday the following day and that I couldn't keep the bike for a full 24 hours, because they wouldn't be there the next day. So I agreed to meet them at their shop at 10:00, JUST 4 HOURS AFTER I GOT THE SCOOTER, and they didn't show up until 11:00! When I returned the scooter, he inspected it, gave me my deposit, and I got half way to my hotel before he chased me down and started demanding that I get on the back of his scooter because I broke the tail light on the moped (like he wouldn't have noticed a dangling tail light during the inspection). We get back to his shop and he starts making monetary demands. I ended up having to pay him so that he wouldn't get me arrested.

  Rented a Scooter with Zee House!

  Our hotel is just behind of Zee House, we walked pass and saw that they have scooters, we wanted to explore Chao Fah Market. We rented a Scoopy for 200bht/24hrs, you need to leave your original passport. We went down the street to fill up gas full tank 165bht. Switched on Google Map for directions. Make sure you get a tourist sim card at the airport for 100bht (unlimited data for 7 days - very useful for navigation). If you rent with them for 2 days it will be 180bht/24hrs. Unfortunately they were close on the 2nd day we wanted to rent it so we only did one day with them. We returned the bike the next day but the door was closed, we called the number on the board and they came out to open the door and return our passport. I prefer renting with Zee House than Mr Sak because their scoopy is newer and and the helmets are cleaner.

  HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

  We rented a scooter from Z Zee House and had a horrible experience. While returning scooter, the man and lady bullied us into paying 1000 baht for a minor damange. They most probabaly gave us scooter with this part glued and it came off . When I asked for a receipt for the 1000 baht , they again bullied us and told and they will not give any receipt. My wife and child were really scared by this experience. Please avoid renting scooter /bike from this place.

  Very good experience

  They are really beautiful people it's very nice I felt very good during my holiday and they helped me for everything I needed Thank you very much!. We rent 2 scooter and we booking also many tour at the reception .. The owner often offered us fruit in the morning.. thank you very much

  Scam scam scam...please avoid

  If you rather want to ruin your holiday please book this place. I had the worst experience here as a customer. The lady who is the owner can be a nightmare if you do not agree to her terms. She is rude and no manners how to talk to customers. She can even hold you hostage and not return your money or passport if things dont go her way. Please avoid this place if you want to have a good holiday.
