  Decent stay

  Stayed one night in the hotel over the weekend. Its totally value for money, room is clean, staff is polite. Very simple breakfast for a simple hotel. Easy walk from Harbour Bay ferry terminal to the hotel. Much recommended for singles, couples and even a small family to have a simple stay.

  Excellent place to stay!

  HI its krishna, myself and my brother went batam for a holiday trip, the trip was really awesome, we stayed at Zest Hotel , Harbour bay , Batam Really a excellent hotel and pleasant stay , everything is good... Breakfast have so many items , that was really tasty and good to eat and healthy too. But there is no swimming pool and Gym ,

  Tasty breakfast and meets the basic

  Facilities: No swimming pool or gym. But the room is around 25sqf with modern design furniture and electrical appliances. From aircon, TV and water heater are all perfect. Not forgetting the supportive mattress. Wifi is not that strong but meet the basic for communication purpose. Location: To skip the hectic Batam Center ferry terminal, travellers from Singapore can board a ferry from Harbour Front to Harbour Bay, Batam. This hotel is just walking distance from Harbour Bay terminal. Not only that, this place is set to become hot in mid-2020 due to opening of Marriot International with a host of Bars and club adjacent to the hotel. This location set to be a boom in future. Zest Hotel also neighbours a very professional all-around massage centre. My wife gave an excellent review for this massage centre which located right behind Zest Hotel. Last but not least, the famous harbour bay seafood center is also walking distance away. Service: The front office staff seems very helpful and genuinely helpful to all the request. My five-star rating to the entire team. Breakfast: My family and I are quite impressed with the taste and type of breakfast available. Though the spread is limited, they do not lack in flair and taste. Definitely will be back here for short break.

  Good for budget travelers

  Simple and good rooms. good location for travelling. near ferry terminal, shops eateries and entertainment. had stay with them for 3 years, service has dropped a little. management need to put in a little more effort for up keeping of the rooms. Basin and shower outlet sometimes choked. towels smells. But can be improved

  Hotel is very clean, friendly and welcoming hotel staff. Located nearby to the harbour bay ferry terminal. Its located inside the harbour bay complex nearby to eateries areas and minimarts nearby. Even its an budget economical hotel, im really impressed with the vibes, cleanliness, and the way the hotel operates. Keep it up.
