  Friendly Staff, food ok

  My room was super spacious and had a small balcony. Sleeping was great. The staff was very friendly as well. The jacuzzi and swimming pool were way to cold. The swimming pool is not big at all, mainly a place to sit in. Even the inside ones were freezing. The food was not great. As mentioned already by another reviewer, it was cantine food.

  Nice over night stay

  Nice room down stairs with a patio door and view to the yard and outdoor pool. Sauna and indoor pool were great with a wonderful spa shower. Staff was very nice and helpful. We were doing a bike tour along the Adige River and they have an area to keep the bikes and free parking for cars. It is located very close to the city center of this beautiful small town, with many stores and restaurants nearby though. Breakfast was very good, they make fresh eggs to order and also offer a nice breakfast buffet. We had dinner at their restaurant, and it was really good. Wifi not the best in the room downstairs that we stayed in, but worked very well near the hotel reception where they also have a bar that you can enjoy in the evening. Stelvio National Park is a great option close by to bike and hike. Schlanders is located in the Sud Tirol region of Italy and German is more widely spoken than Italian, but we could also communicate in English. Their very nice restaurant offer both Tirolese dishes that reminded us of the food we had in Austria before arriving in Schlanders and Italian dishes, too, so you have a wide range of great choices to order.

  Nice facilites and lovely view

  Easy to find and good location near Stevio alpenpass and several others, and in walking distance from shops, restaurants, pubs and several sights. Have a spa and an indoor heated pool and an outdoor pool in a lovely garden. The room was large ang kept in good old Geman style, but charming. Lovely view whereever you turn. Helpful staff, but the cleaning personell was a bit too quick doing their job.

  Excellent hotel

  The rain was horrendous and we were on motorcycles, deciding to find a hotel we came across this one, many hotels are not motorcycle friendly particularly when the riders are drenched. The manager was very friendly and had no issues with us parking our bikes under the hotels shelter. The rooms were very well decorated, clean and comfortable, the bar was well stocked and the breakfast had everything from egg and bacon to a cold meat selection and croissants. The swimming pool looked inviting, the views from the room were stunning. A very nice hotel that I would highly recommend
