  Hotel muy bien situado para conocer la Puglia i sobre todo Alberobello,locorondo etc que son pueblos muy bonitos. La Masseria es un lugar encantdor con una piscina preciosa, un buen desayuno en los jardines con una tranquilidad absoluta. Recomiendo este encantador hotel tanto por la amabilidad del personal como sus amplias habitaciones y la estupenda piscina.

  Muy recomendable.

  La masseria tiene unas habitaciones amplias , la piscina es grande y su entorno relajante. Destacaría la amabilidad y profesionalidad del personal del hotel, especialmente las dos chicas que trabajan en la recepción. La calidad de la comida del restaurante es buena y los precios me parecieron muy razonables. Cenas y desayunos muy agradables en el patio/terraza de entrada al restaurante

  Great place to stay

  We stayed here in September for just under a week. Lovely Masseria and very helpful staff. The rooms are really nice and spacious and have plenty of character. The restaurant nearby is great and taxi's can easily be arranged into the town for an evening meal. Very relaxing place to stay & quiet I would highly recommend for a quiet holiday and good location for visiting other nearby towns by car! An excellent place to stay.

  We have been home for two days now, looking out at the rain and grey skies and longing to be back in Puglia.

  We stayed at Abate Masseria for 10 days in late Sept/October and had a fantastic time. Our first trip to this region of Italy, we found the people we encountered friendly and helpful. It is not a tourist area, and with the exception of Unesco site Alberobello which had a few souvenir shops, we felt we lived an Italian life for our stay. The hotel and on-site restaurant Il Briale were excellent. Everyone was helpful and kind, especially Angelica & Christina at reception, who we saw most. Breakfast was good with an extensive range of food loved the limone jam! The bedrooms are converted farm buildings and are very comfy and clean. We had a junior suite in a trullo for part of our stay which was the highlight of our trip very well restored and furnished in keeping with a historic building. The grounds are well kept and the clean pool area is a lovely, quiet spot to relax after a day out. We mixed eating in and eating out. Il Briale was very good with a small menu of local dishes (the antipasti was favourite, though we had to share between two as it was quite a large portion), fabulous steaks and very good wines, most of them local, but also a large range of pizzas very popular in the region. Other restaurants, recommended by Angelica & Christina, were also very good, LAntica Locanda, Al Boschetto, PiazzAntica and Eno wine bar. (Eno was more of a bistrot but the food, especially the antipasti was superb and the décor was modern and interesting.) We were lucky to be there for the Funghi festival in Noci. Apart from difficulties parking (the centre of town is closed off for the festivities), it was a happy, family celebration with dancing in the main piazza, stalls and street food through the main part of town and folk music and dancing in a smaller piazza. It went on until late in the night. Thank you to all staff for making our holiday special. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to return to this beautiful part of Italy. June & Felix

  A "Trulli" Wonderful stay in Puglia

  Upon recommendation from a friend we booked this hotel near Noci in Puglia. We reserved one of their trulli and it was absolutely amazing! Very clean, peaceful, spacious, heated floor in bathroom, the conical ceiling made the room feel even more spacious. We had a little bedroom which became our "dressing" room since there were only two of us. The staff were so kind and welcoming, we were greeted by name every time and the staff could not do enough for us to make our stay comfortable and memorable. They recommended wonderful local restaurants and made reservations for us and gave us travel tips, maps, etc. The included breakfast had a great variety of quality foods and beverages and the buffet tables were continually being replenished. The pool area was a very peaceful place to be after a day of touring. The location of the hotel is very convenient to many sites in Puglia. We would be very happy to stay here again. Wonderful memories!
