Bueno pero no el mejor !
Estuvimos alojados por 8 días con nuestros dos pequeños y aunque el hotel no estaba abarrotado de gente tuvimos nuestra primera decepción ,era la primera vez que nos hospedábamos en una habitación con vista al mar ;y la sorpresa fue llegar y la vista que se tenía de este era la del parking y una vista de terreno descampado y muy pero muy lejos se veía el mar ,así que cerciórense bien y pregunten en la recepción .las habitaciones son bastante espaciosas y la limpieza diaria es rápida y buena,lo mismo con la reposición del frío bar.dentro del hotel por las noches es sumamente caliente creo je apagan el aire acondicionado por que hacia muchísima calor dentro del hotel por las noches en las áreas publicas del hotel.la comida fue mi mayor problema por que en los 8 días a veces se repetían los platos hasta dos días,y no había mucha variedad en el almuerzo ni la cena .y se repiten los platos en la otra mitad del buffet ,lo único que es bastante variado son los postres.es la primera vez que me hospedo en esta ciudad y en este hotel ,estuve una vez en papillon,likya world y ahí aunque la comida no era siempre la mejor había muchas más variedad y posibilidad de encontrar algo que guste.el hotel es nuevo ,bonito y limpio ,la playa es linda .respecti a los show de noche ,la verdad a es que no valían la pena ver a exepcion de la noche de circo que si fue un show profesional e interesante ,en comparación a otros hoteles que he visitado y que mencione de turkia ,el show de la mini disco súper aburrido y lo hacían tan rápido que no valía la pena. Lo que nos gustaba era salir por las noches ,rentar una especie de moto e ir a pasear a las tiendas y mercadillos de la zona.tuvimos la posibilidad de ir a comer a uno de sus tres restaurantes que son de pago pero nos daban la posibilidad de reservar en uno de ellos que venía incluida en la reserva ; así que escogimos ir al restaurante mexicano ,que al comienzo dudamos que estuviera bueno por estar en turkia pero nos llevamos una sorpresa agradable ,estuvo muy buena la comida .la verdad es que no volvería !

Large very clean friendly hotel
Arrived at hotel for a two week stay on December 13th....We had a basic room on 4th floor, side seaview..Comfortable super king bed and a single bed..The bathroom was very nice with a large shower (best shower I have been in, but be careful the floor is very slippy) The television has lots of channels, but only a few in English. I must mention Yasmin our lovely maid ,who kept our room in perfect condition. The indoor pool was nice and warm, with loungers . The hotel was only at about quarter capacity, very few british mostly Russians (butinskies !!) The russians need to have lessons on arrival about how to queue !!. Also dress code and respect for Hotel and staff was not observed.. One middle aged Russian man walked from the spa to the lobby bar in his baggy underpants and no top, but still got served, which in my opinion is not acceptable in a 5 star hotel. I must congratulate all the staff who were immaculately dressed , friendly and attentive. Amazing hotel kept very clean..Food was good.(great selection)

Still the best hotel on lara beach
Just returned from a 3 month vacation at this wonderful hotel the temperature started at 40 degrees dropping to 20 by the end of December it was amazing! Ive been here many times and it just keeps getting better! The service is really the best anywhere all of the staff, cleaners and management are number 1, Oktoberfest on the football pitch was the highlight of the shows it was absolutely brilliant. Full sea view room was amazing but all rooms are good, bars are entertaining and quality of drinks and food is very good, we had a spa day when it was raining in a jakuzi room really good worth a visit. I will be back here soon as I possibly can because its heaven. Thank you to everyone working at the hotel for making this place my second home once again!!!!!

Lovely Hotel
We stayed from the 8th August for 9 nights as a family of 3, we travelled with Jet2 who were amazing considering all the travel disruptions that 2020 brought, our room was on the first floor with a land view, the room was specious and comfortable tv could do with a few more English channels but no major problem. The staff make this hotel they are all so friendly helpful and nothing is too much trouble a special mention to Marti Pellow who made my 10 yr old sons holiday he had so much fun. The pool area and grounds are fantastic the hotel is amazing, the food choice is plentiful and of a very high standard. The shops within the hotel offer a good choice of products and are great value. I would strongly recommend this Hotel, we will hopefully be back this year providing restrictions are lifted. We didnt venture far from the hotel during our stay due to the pandemic but are looking forward to returning to explore all that Turkey has to offer..

Outstanding Service
Just returned from staying at this hotel for 3 weeks over Xmas and New Year and it was fabulous! In these strange times we are currently in, the hotel was very covid aware and taking all the correct measures to ensure all its guests felt safe yet still had a good time. There was one bar person who went above and beyond, he was friendly and professional and worked on the West Bar, Serhat E. Always smiling, engaging and an excellent cocktail maker. Ozgehan, who was the lady who supplied drinks to the floor, was our favourite, is it acceptable to say, waitress. She was so lovely and nothing was ever too much trouble for her she made you feel welcome. We were lucky enough to eat in the A La Carte restaurant on several occasions, all 4 of them were exceptional, Osman Dagseven always made a fuss, his service was professional, friendly and made each meal we had there exceptional (also, credit to the chefs with his). Everyone made us welcome, all very helpful, but these three, Serhat E., Osman Dagseven and Ozgehan stood out from all the others, a credit to the management team! Overall, even though the hotel was only partly open, we had a fab time and will be returning to see what it offers when there is no pandemic on.
