  A clean and tidy place with minimal facilities

  It is a clean and tidy place located just inside an alley from the main road..I had booked an AC room but somehow the owner got the wrong booking confirmation and gave me a non-AC room but when I talked to him he provided the said room..We reached a little earlier than the check in time but we were provided a room asap..The guy who sat at the reception was very greedy..He kept asking for money by giving excuses as he was sick and he needs to pay for the consultation fee and medicines..It is the duty of the owner to take care of their staff and not the guests..

  Clean and Comfortable

  Stayed here for one night during a transit in Sri Lanka. Arrived late around 2am and the owner was there waiting. Very helpful for finding tours. Room was comfortable with a very strong fan which was nice since it was very hot.

  Dirty smelly mosquito den

  We stayed here for one night on our way to the airport. It was a horrible experience. The room was grubby with a large hole in the ceiling of the bathroom which allowed mosquitos access. Wifi very slow and hardly working. The man at the front desk was wandering around with only a towel wrapped around his waist! Not a pretty sight. I was relieved to leave and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

  Ok for the price

  We stayed 1 night in negombo before our flight the next morning. The staff greated us nicely, they even provided a towel for the beach, an anti-mosquito plug, a plug adapter for our phones and 2 bottles of water (small ones) The room was neat and clean, with a fan and with hot shower. We paid 16 for the night, without breakfast (on the contrary of what hôtels.com said....). The large negombo beach is 300 meters away and the main road with many restaurant is just nearby.

  Welcoming and Clean

  Stayed for 2 nights with my wife and toddler. Gentleman at reception (Godfrey) couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating to us. He gave us an extra bed and the rooms are extremely clean. You are also give 3 small bottles of water, a travel adaptor and a plug-in mosquito repellant. Godfrey really took pride in his work at the hotel and is a very forthcoming and trustworthy man. Helped us with our onward travel and any questions we had. Would have no problems recommending this place to anyone as is very good value for money. Very fast Wifi and in a great location just off the main strip across from the beach.
