  Muy lejos del centro de Adelaide

  Hotel muy lejos del centro de Adelaide, entre 20-25AUD con Taxi. No era lugar de recogida para las excursiones. Piscina pequeña y no soleada! Habitación grande, cocina a medias, platos, cubiertos y microondas pero le falta fogones y fregadero.

  Be careful - reality may be different from the photos

  Best Western we thought was pretty bulletproof, but not this establishment. Front entry point was untidy and has not been maintained in months or years. Garden elements embarrassingly awful. Dead potted plants, straggly palms, weeds two feet high, gutters full of leaf debris visible from rooms. Dirty rubbish bins, parking is a lottery, not enough parking, grubby in parts and room was tired in the extreme. Linen was borderline, bath towels were both small and practically worn out. Pillows were threadbare. Empty light bulb socket above the mirror in the main room just waiting for a young finger and the couch was dreadfully uncomfortable and of the cheapest variety. Great location which makes what we found a real disappointment. Do these people really care? We think not.

  Don't do it

  Nothing like the photos. Very old and dated rooms and facilities. Parents dumped their children at the pool unsupervised and made it hard to enjoy a swim when there are kids who won't follow the rules and are most defiantly under age to be left unsupervised. Not enough parking at night for everyone which meant I had to drop my wheelchair vpund husband and son off and park elswhere. No facilities for disabled parking or allowances for people in wheel chairs as my husband is.IE larger steps to the ground floor rooms and small entrance ways with ledges that make it hard for wheel chair users. We also had something stolen from the front of the room and I was told by staff they couldn't help me. Will not be staying here again even though it is cheap it's not worth the hassle or the risk

  Avoid at all costs!

  Do not believe the photos! This property is so poorly maintained that when we pulled in to check in I had my family stay in the car. Advertised an "indoor pool" which it does not have and worse the pool and pool area is in such disrepair it would be a health hazard to swim. We ended up not staying and have been fighting with Best Western since to get a refund for this horrible and falsely advertised property. RUN AWAY!

  Free upgrade.

  I stayed at the Best Western Adelaide Granada Motor Inn for 3 nights from Friday the 21st of February 2020. When I checked into the Best Western Adelaide Granada Motor Inn, the lady at reception told me I had been upgraded to an "Executive Suite" I think this consisted of an extra bed. A bit pointless when they knew I was on my own. The carpets were dirty, but otherwise the room was very nice. Even though the motel is on a main road, the rooms are far enough from the road that the noise is not a bother. The brochure stated that Foxtel was available, however it seemed to had been disconnected. No big deal though. The price was $339 for 3 nights, which I think is reasonable. Overall I would give it 9 out of 10. 1 point deducted for the dirty carpet. Would recommend.
