  Pelayanan cukup memuaskan dalam melayani tamu, friendly, attentive, enthusiastic, and very efficient service. Lokasi pas di tengah kota, dan sangat starategis untuk keliling keliling kota Balikpapan, Thanks once again we will definitely come again & will recommend other to you

  Friendly and helpful staf

  Facility-wise this is your average mid budget hotel, clean room, nice buffet breakfast, swimming pool, etc. But there are several thing that make me recommend this hotel, the staff was helpful and they provide mukena along with sajadah for Moslem prayer :)

  The hotel building is very classical, but seemed older. very strategic location, in front of the shopping center. room atmosphere is a bit dark and unpleasant odors. room facilities are also very incomplete. I think the price offered is quite expensive.

  Nice for stay with family

  Visiting Balikpapan with family for wedding occasion at Seaview Ballroom Menara bahtera, our small family stay in this hotel. All my family members including my little son love this hotel. Located just in front of large mall, Balikpapan Plaza and wide variety of foods choice. Gonna stay again when go to Balikpapan.

  The service , Its grate

  This place would be a Favorite hotel of mine in Balikpapan ,There is always a smiling face at reception and its clean and tidy every time i go there , The management have been refurbishing the older rooms lately. The hotel has the best sea food restaurant and it does a nice chill crab meal witch is my favorite.
