  Superb service

  This is a hidden gem in the city. I stayed here with my family during my birthday weekend and honestly im coming back. The service was excellent, rooms were so clean 705/703,not much food variety in breakfast but its ok.Dinner options were great and portions were nice. I remember Ivy from breakfast very friendly,an African guy from the bar every night whom they even surprised me with a cake during dinner,a phillipines lady from front desk and saif were lovely and adhered to my requests. The only downside was checking in late and found the restaurant and room dining closed. I only wish their ird worked overnight or till late night to accommodate those checking in late. In overall i would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to have a relaxing place. Im definitely coming back to this gem.

  Long stay here, enjoyed it a lot

  Been staying here for the past two months as temporary accommodation while I search for a permanent place. Hotels great and service is good, from the room service to the concierge staff. Food and drinks offering is also good, even though Ive been having mostly breakfasts here (not many dinners/lunches). For breakfast the choice is very good and the staff is super nice - many thanks especially to Evy which helps me start the day with a good mood and with some nice food! Position-wise the hotel is a bit far from Marina / other main areas but luckily theres a free shuttle service that can take you to Mall of the Emirates / JBR (much appreciated perk) and with a car you can easily reach marina within 15/20 minutes. Overall very happy with the experience!

  Poor service

  Nice design and the room was so good, very comfortable. We had a nice experience but the service specially in WXYZ was very poor. We went to have dinner and we had to wait for around 10 min to the waiter to bring us the menu, we had to stand and look for him to let him know that we were there. Didn't have enough knowledge about the menu. Next day during breakfast, the waitress was alone serving all the tables. She was doing her best. The coffee was not really good, we asked for cappuccino but it had only a little bit of coffee, it was 95% milk and the rest coffee. The experience was nice but the restaurant is not my favourite.

  Very friendly staff in all around the hotel

  I have stayed many times in Aloft very wonderful hotel the room is very clean and comfortable all the staff is very friendly special thanks to Sayed, evy, Jobert, jean and Dominic for the hospitality provided thank you sooo much for making my stay very lovely and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel. See you soon

  WORKERS REVIEW

  All workers are so calm,hardworking and fun. Most especially KIM and JUDE. They are the best to me. The environment is so cool and neat. Securities are so good and friendly. Best of the Hotel to me in production City....
