  Very nice

  Great friendly staff. Large nice rooms. Well updated. Only complaint was stupid direct tv Signal in and out Otherwise a very nice place to stay with few restaurants within walking distance , offers a nice snack bar with amazing coffee

  Outstanding hospitality, clean, close proximity to city and safe!

  By far the best hotel experience and best hospitality Ive ever experienced! Christi Walden warmly greeted my friend and I upon our arrival at the hotel. She was so kind and hospitable and thanked me for my marriot silver elite status and upgraded us to the suite. The room is worth it all and came complete with a mini game room and gorgeous bathroom with a private balcony! I cant thank her enough for making our stay perfect! You are so appreciated!! Cant wait to come back! Pics are from the 6th floor rooftop-super cute! And also from our private balcony!

  Not Aloft quality in any way!

  This hotel does not live up to Aloft standards in any way! We are so disappointed that this hotel calls itself an Aloft property! The rooms were old and dirty. We could write our name in the dust on the side of the desk. The bathroom floors were stained and dirty. The chairs were stained. The room was incredibly hot even though we had the air on as cold as it would go. When we arrived early afternoon, all the garbage cans in the hotel were overflowing and when we left the next morning they were still that way. The carpet in the halls looked like they had not been vacuumed in weeks. The 30.00 to self park was ridiculous and there is a big sign that you cant pull in to park until after check in. Dont waste your money on this hotel. We love the Aloft brand but will definitely be leery in the future after this horrible experience!

  Above and Beyond

  While my husband and I were waiting in the lobby for our food delivery on January 1, the night manager, Jonny, went above and beyond helping another guest, Jonny obtained a wheelchair, helped with his dog, retrieved travel bags in his vehicle, and escorted the guest and his dog to his room. Jonny had some support from another employee who was just ending his shift, but was pretty much flying solo. During the whole time Jonny was extremely polite, kind and patient, while also assisting other guests at the front desk. Kudos to Jonny! We appreciated that the attached parking garage allowed secure access to each hotel floor which eliminated the need to use the elevator. This was so helpful and reassuring for safety guidelines during pandemic.

  A Bit Dicey/ Very Tired and In Need of Freshening Up

  We frequently stay at Aloft properties because they are so pet friendly. We stayed one night at this hotel. The staff at the front desk were all super friendly. The hotel is just west of THE strip on Broadway. This particular section of town is a bit rough. Its common to encounter homeless persons on the street in this area. We have been to Nashville many, many times and stayed in areas all around the city. This is by far my least favorite area of town. Its a very commercial area so there is little green space around the hotel. The whole property seems tired and in need of some updating and general freshening up, especially the guest elevators and hallway carpets. We got upgraded to a suite, which was nice to have more room, but it too need a good, deep cleaning and some freshening up (there was hair in the bathroom and some sort of stain on the white comforter). There were some sort of stains on the couch in the suite - Im just gonna say Im glad I didnt have a blue light. Ours was a brief stay for which I am thankful...I wouldnt have wanted to stay more than a night.
