  Lugar fantástico y anfitriona muy atenta

  Hice la reserva con Jackie en [--]. Fue muy atenta y nos dio literatura y consejos prácticos acerca de Whistler. Este es un lugar fantástico para dos. Estaba muy limpio y bien decorado. La cocina también nos fue útil. La vista desde el balcón era magnífica y la ubicación excelente. Quedaba a cerca de una cuadra de una linda tienda de comestibles y a una cuadra del autobús de enlace local que te lleva a los telesillas en unos cinco minutos. Mi hijo y yo lo pasamos muy bien ya que el esquí estaba estupendo y la gente era muy simpática. Estamos con muchas ganas de volver.

  Magnífico pero muy caro

  Muy lindo estudio con chimenea, lavaplatos y todas las otras instalaciones. La ubicación era muy buena. DVD y periódico gratuitos. El servicio fue bueno, pero... muy caro. Tuvimos que pagar por el aparcamiento. Creemos que por este precio ( 250) es posible conseguir un lugar mejor en Whistler.

  Clean and great value for the money.

  We got room 205 which is in the back. Very nice to be facing the trees from Florence Petersen Park, although our terrasse was above the restaurant it was very quiet. All essentials were there, staff was very nice. Due to Covid restrictions you have to replenish amenities on you own by asking the front desk, overall pretty sensible solution to physical distancing. Great being right by the grocery store. While still in the village, you are right at the opposite side from the lifts, but that also means a much quieter area.

  Second rate experience booking with 3rd party website

  We booked a two bed suite via Expedia and discovered that this means the hotel chooses the worst possible room due to a third party provider. We were given a "family studio" - bunk beds and a fold out couch. When we complained we got a double bed and a Murphy bed room in an ancient room with almost no amenities. Terrible wifi, a patio with a chair and no other furniture. No kitchen furniture as the Murphy bed was the kitchen table if not used. No bath mat, no Kleenex, no paper towels, soap dispenser was not refilled, no HDTV. Our room code didn't work after hours and took an hour to resolve (no fob or keycard) and upon inspection of rooms undergoing cleaning during our stay, there are renovated suites that were far nicer. Our room was run down and worn, there was no separate bedroom despite the advertising that it was a condo style room with laundry and full kitchen. My home has far better amenities than the room and I would expect that the hotel would be at least as good. The Expedia post and the website state that the fitness room is available and it was closed, this was a specific reason to choose this hotel. Staff argued that booking through a 3rd party website means I had to settle for their conditions. Why advertise through a 3rd party app if you are going to treat those customers in a different manner than people who book directly? The hotel management itself chooses to elicit bookings in this mannner and there is zero justification to penalize people who book for lower rates, and to communicate that it's their fault for doing so. If the management chooses to advertise lower rates through a third party app, that is incumbent upon them. That's their onus. Everyone should be treated the same. Absolutely one star for this absolutely below average experience for false advertising and the stressful experience of arguing for an upgrade from a joke of a room to an "upgrade" to a mediocre, barely two star hotel room and having to go out of our way to do everything we can to do whatever we can not to spend time in it. Do not believe anything they say about the booking. I booked a "two queen bed hotel suite" and ended up with two double beds, one a Murphy bed that displaced the kitchen table and I had to argue with the front desk staff for half an hour to get that. Total fake news ripoff. Avoid at all costs.

  Irresponsible business practices

  This company has irresponsible business practices that are not supporting current Health Recomendations. It's very disappoitnig that the management of this place absolutely ignores recommendations to be able to profit few dollars. Totally irresponsible during the time we should be working together to prevent the pandemic as much as we can.
