  Poor service, food and environment

  I have been there with my partner for one weekend (2 nights) and I didn't like couple of stuffs: - poor food for dinner (hungarion resturants offer usually pretty cool food... but this hotel was an exception) - not so clean (could be better... after clean request not changed towels on the room) - balcony room got after further request even if it was part of our apartment but locked until our notice - outdoor pool was not heated and the environment around it pretty poor and not clean - the sauna wolrd was quite okey but we missed cool water to to not be thirsty and also no relax music (they told us it is out of service)

  Nice hotel with very friendly staff

  The staff is really friendly. Sauna and massages are very good and room are very clean. We did not eat there, but the menu was very interesting. They were also available to cook on request everything, also for vegetarians, which is not easy in Hungary. It's a small hotel, then it's possible to have more privacy (the sauna was just for us for the all morning), but it's normal to find the breakfast with less stuff (otherwise they would have a lot of food waste). The only problem was with Internet, that didn't work. Thanks to the staff!

  Highly recommended

  Friendliest and most helpful staff! They helped us catch our bus and when we asked they set up the ac in our room (one week before the ac-season). They also recommended us things that we must see/try in Hévíz/Keszthely. Very good breakfast and dinner, cosy room, nice jacuzzi. Perfect for a weekend getaway!

  Terrible! Stay away

  We stayed there two days with a 5 year old child, and according to our booking confirmation there was no additional fee unless we asked a little extra bed. However at the end they did charged us 70 more for nothing!!! 4 stars in your face! No soap, 2 towels for 3 persons, 4 parking spots in front of the hotel, dirty and abandoned. It looks like it was nice 10 years ago, but since then not even a single sheet was ever changed there The pool was every time full of leaves and you could hear a huge dog barking right behind the hence. Literally ruined the whole impression of Hungary...

  Dont waste your money on this hotel

  The hotel staff are friendly but the can not communicate in English The facilities promised on the web are not real Rooms are not clean No towels and no daily cleaning Breakfast was unbeatable I will not give this hotel more than 2 stars (best case)
