  One night

  We stayed here for one on the 25th August it was by far the best bed and breakfast we ever stayed in .Catherine and Finbar was so friendly they couldn't have been more helpful. I was met by lovely friendly chap at the door he showed me to the room made me the best pot of coffee and gave me lovely biscuits to go with it. The room was very comfortable and clean and the next morning we had lovely cooked breakfast and fresh bread. We certainly would highly recommend this house.

  clean and cozy, warm and very friendly hosts, great breakfast

  Catherine was extremely warm and friendly. Upon arrival, she showed us around to our room and made sure we were comfortable. She recommended 3 places to eat and even offered to call the places for us. (We chose eat at Market Place and the food was outstanding.). She told us about the cliff walk and beach in the area, which we did and was very peaceful. The room and bathroom were very clean and cozy. We noticed very little noise from the other guests. Breakfast was excellent and prompt. We had a great view of the countryside from our room. For some people, the distance from town may affect their rating or opinion of this B&B but my husband and I loved itit was far enough from town that we didnt hear or see traffic and the distance gave it a country feel. Since I let my husband take care of the checking out portion of our trip, I headed for the car and Catherine came out to say goodbye and make sure that all was well. As a business owner, I appreciate that effort. We would definitely stay here again and recommend An Rosalithir to family and friends.

  Lovely location in countryside

  Wonderful welcome, tea and fresh scones. Lovely room and really friendly place, good breakfast. It is not an easy place to find being down some small country roads which are not in best condtion but well worth it. Highly recommend it.

  Bed and breakfast

  The hosts Catherine and Finbarr were all you could ask for. Kind, caring and eager to make me feel at home. The lovely experience of a real Irish home. Just the place for overseas visitors to sample Irish hospitality. Many thanks to you both.

  Delightful Hosts!

  We really enjoyed our stay here at An Rosalithir. Catherine and Finnbar were fabulous hosts and were so friendly, providing suggestions for things to do during our stay and some history of their area. The rooms were cozy and clean and all the essentials were provided. The upstairs balcony provided beautiful views of the countryside. Breakfast was delicious. This B&B is close to the birthplace of Michael Collins, which is a nice visit, if youre interested in Irish history.
