  Miniscule Rooms Fat Prices

  Location is a ten minute walk from the station ..most important while charging US $ 375.00 per night they don't give u room when u arrive 2 p.m. and ask you to come after 3 p.m. which tyhey say is their policy .Luxury hotels charging that kind of money are flexible and give you room early than check in time but not here . You arrive in the room and are shocked to see how small it is despite having paid a fat sum per day .Even Tokyo and Osaka have larger rooms than the here at this price . They have a notice kept in the room " For Stays of More Than One Night : complimentary water bottles " ..well they were missing .On being told , very unlike Japanese , they said housekeeping tomorrow will come and give ! This place best be avoided rooms smell of cigarette smoke ... terrible . The hotel staff doesn't understand english fully another handicap in communicating . No iron board and iron ... which almost all hotels in Japan provide ..so much to complain about .

  STAY AWAY from this ultra-rightist hotel chain

  Booked this hotel based on the price and location. Both turned out to be so so in both terms, just a cheap business hotel with tiny rooms and basic facilities. So nothing standed out, except for one thing. APA, I got to know, is a hotel chain owned by a Japanese ultra-rightist so there were outright political advertisements praising nationalist moves played on the TV at the lobby and long interview articles by the owner with political propaganda were placed in the room. Very offended to see them and realize that I had involuntarily contribute to their political campaign. Unless you are OK with donating money to their cause, STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL CHAIN altogether.

  Lovely night

  Hotel staff were very welcoming, view was incredible looking at the bridge which lights up, room was clean, location was good (close/walking distance to shop & station), free wifi & breakfast included :)

  not bad for the price

  Not so far from the JR station. About 7 min on foot. Hotel itself is pretty old. The room is old too. But if you stay there just for sleep, its ok. They have all you can eat breakfast. Not so much variety. SHould have more vegetables.

  Unfriendly service, asking 1,000 yen per hour for early check-in...

  TERRIBLE SERVICE AT RECEPTION! We arrived to this hotel in the morning and met with HIGHLY UNFRIENDLY reception, 7 february 2019. I would like the manager of hotel to inform which receptionists were present on this day. Almost no Englush, arrogant and indifferent. We were sitting in the lobby for 2 hours, considering that we asked in advance for early check-in, but no assistance from the reception. The only thing we could understand was asking 1,000 yen per hour if we took a room before 15.00. There is no way that you pay a room 5,000 yen and then pay 5,000 yen MORE for being accommodated earlier in half empty hotel!! NEVER AGAIN we book in APA hotel.. We were really sorry not to book in another hotel 200 meters nearby, because they said there would have been no problem with early check-in, considering hotel not full. IT IS EASY TO LOSE CLIENTS LIKE THIS.
