  Beautiful family run hotel

  Spent a couple of nights at Apollonia. on arrival we were shown a couple of rooms to choose from. We chose a room on the top floor as the views across to Telendos were amazing. The place itself looked to be relatively new. The room was very clean with a good bathroom. On site parking was a big bonus on cramped Kalymnos. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

  Great beds- great location

  This was our second stay and just as good as the 1st. Nick was helpful and accommodating with dates we had to vary because of flight changes. A comfortable bed was important to us. These are the best of at least 6 other appartments we have tried. The rooms and bathrooms were neat and cleaned well each day. Only slight issue was the non availability of wifi in room 4. Other rooms higher up had functional but slow wifi. The location is very close to shops and cafes but not noisy. Great views of Telendos and the cliffs. An easy walk to the Telendos ferry. Enjoy!

  Highly Recommended

  We spent a night in this perfectly placed hotel during late August. Very friendly reception by the owners and the offer of two different rooms. Perfectly located, slightly set back from the main coastal road running through the village and all bars / restaurants are within 5mins walk. Only 15 euros by taxi from the port, so fairly cheap transfer if traveling by ferry. Would definitely visit again.

  Nice hotel, really close walking distance to everything for a good price

  Friendly owners, fantastic modern room and shower with fridge, hob and dishes to have own food if we wanted, although it was so close to all the great restaurants we rarely did! Excellent terrace with table and chairs. We will definitely be staying there again.

  Perfect spot to relax in a climbing paradiseThe Apollonia was the perfect place to escape to after a long day climbing.

  The Apollonia was the perfect place to escape to after a long day climbing. The beach is just down the hill and you can put your feet up on the balcony with a wonderful view of Telendos. The hotel is centrally located above the traditional sponge shop (run by the same family) and is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops (the blue restaurant across the road is great btw). The hotel has it's own parking area so you don't need to leave your car/bike on the street. The cooking facilities in the room are great, and the bathroom is lovely with constant hot running water (even when the rest of the town had a water cut on one day!). The rooms are large and cleaned regularly. I couldn't recommend the property more. It made our climbing holiday feel like a proper holiday. The only thing we found slightly irritating was that the fridge/aircon in the room was a little noisy. We are both very light sleepers though and had earplugs to hand so it wasn't really a problem.
