  PERFECT FOR OUR LAST DAY

  We had a late flight with Jet2 back and cldnt keep our room on, so we went on booking.com and found these apartments just over the road. went to speak to them the day before our last and explained we only needed the room for the day as we wld be getting picked up later for the airport and if we cld get a deal? The women cldnt have been any more friendly, and got us a deal so we were able to enjoy or last day around their pool before having to check out in the evening. lovely and clean and right on the beach front. massive room and massive balcony. beds were comfy too but the shower was a bit of a hit and miss with the hot and cold water. Really friendly staff here and made our last day perfect instead of waiting inside a hotel all day for the coach at night. thanks again

  Best location on the beach!

  The perfect location just by the beach and ocean. We had a little bad luck with a lot of wind. But then a trip once a while to Puerto Rico was great. The apartment has everything you need like coffemaker, microwave, breadtoaster, small stove and porcelain. A smaller fridge for storing drinks and food. Flat tv. Bathroom with showercabin and hairdryer. Chair, tables and also a place to hang wet clothes. The host was so nice and friendly!

  Un alojamiento estupendo

  Solo he venido un día ya que ha sido una escapada sin pensar por un día libre de trabajo, pero suficiente para dejar mi opinion por aqui. Un sitio bastante bien, el apartamento acogedor, con todo lo necesario, terraza amplia, vista piscina y al mar, tranquilo, nada de ruidos, la piscina para nosotros solos, supongo que los demas clientes optarian por ir a la playa. Hay aparcamiento por la zona. Finalizando, muy recomendado, muy bien de precio, y yo personalmente volvería a repetir.

  The worst ever experience In Playa del ingles Gran Canaria

  This Apartamentos is still 80's decoration, no personal available and room is terrible with all insects included. Sofa with a big stain, tables molded and with burned marks, bathroom so dirty you dont want to use at all. Shower is so molded and dirty, so unconfortable to use. Kitchen comes with Min 10 years old equipments that you dont want even think use. The personel only replies when i complained the condition od all that they are old i cant clean them. Maintenance not available and are not coming to see the problems. 3 starts means floors of the house. Horrible and discusting place, with no AC. Stat away and use your money somewhere Else. Outside Pool dirty and sandy, never cleaned. Also travel agency (TUI) do nothing when informed them about the issues. Beds are old and making noise, matress old wear and tear

  Avoid this place.

  I was dreading coming after I read the reviews, what can I say but they were pretty spot on, this place is dire and a million miles away from the gleaming photos that are advertised. Firstly on arrival there are just lock boxes with card in you get instructions, sounds simple, but they key cards did not work and the next door apartment didn't have a card at all when they arrived. Several phone calls later to and more than 2 hours we got cards that worked, they did let us in the room remotely but we couldn't leave till we got cards. No reception and some of the numbers given just ring out. So into the room and it is beyond basic, beds are springy but have clean white sheets. Furniture in general is so worn the sofa is completely filthy, the bathroom shower tray is just cracks and the shower tiles are so old and dirty, feels like you will come out dirtier than you went in. Everything needs renewing there is no care here for their apartments. Thr kitchen has the very very basic of equipment. At least the fridge is cold. The only saving grace is the view which is gorgeous and the cooling breeze from the sea. So we are going to put up with it for a week because of the view. Covered the sofa in a blanket because I couldn't bring myself to sit on it. If you haven't booked then find somewhere else, 1* might even be too generous. The cleaning lady is an absolute gem and tried her best to help.
