  The worst experience in Elgouna eever.

  Hotel facilities are very poor, Room size is too small, dark, dismal and air condition is noisy. Food and baverage are underprivileged, pool is outdated and hotel generally is below standards. Note: the Hotel is rated 4 Stars on booking, however when we arrived we found that the sign of Egyptian Tourism Authority availabe in the reception highlights that the hotel is 3 stars whisch is considered misleading info placed on booking.com. I'm a frequent visitor of Elgouna and a big fan of it, Ive never had such bad hotel experience in Elgouna. I totally do not recommend this place.

  Everything is perfect

  We had a day use here and we were welcomed and we had an amazing experience especially pool bar guys they are welcoming and helpful,amazing food,, lovely music we enjoyed the heated pool its highly recommend place ,

  Cool Vibes

  Nice trendy hotel, nothing massive. Service is great especially at the pool & the reception. Breakfast has a good selection and something for everyone. Pool area is nice with music in the background but not properly heated. Location is fantastic and next to countless restaurants and supermarkets. The hotel is mostly for young travellers and loved the idea of Adults Only!

  Very nice hotel and nice Lagona Spa

  Very nice and helpful staff, very good atmosphere. The massages are very recommendable. Always my pleasure . The best we will come back. Professional, friendly, clean, treatment with depth and a feeling for the problem!

  Amazing staff, beautiful Music & Magnificent entourage

  Cook`s club is a small hotel but it has it all. Starting from the welcome desk to the rooms, via the pool music and foodeverything is very nice. It let feel that you are in one of the most relaxed spots in the world, the best of it is; their staff!! They are extremely ice, helpful and smiley. They would go the extra mile to let you feel happy and pleased. I salute them all specially Mr Magdy the Manager & everyone who interacted with us in this nice hotel. The rooms are small but has all what you need, the overlooking view on the pool with the music all day is amazing, gives you fresh start every morning, and I must admit the DJ is very very good . It also has coffee & tea preparations, indirect lights and a mini bar.. Which is more than enough. Breakfast has a lot of choices (with precautions of the social distancing of course), eating in the outdoor restaurant on the lake is a beautiful experience. I recommend staying in Cook`s club for anyone who wants to enjoy music, food, accommodation and above all .. The super friendly staff!!
