  Relación calidad precio deficiente

  La ubicación del hotel no está mal. Al lado de metro y a pocas paradas del centro. Pero la habitación que nos tocó tenía un olor un tanto desagradable. El desayuno no estaba mal.. Però el carácter del personal debe mejorar... El precio un tanto excesivo para lo que ofrecen...

  El hotel está bien situado, no es el centro de Berlín turística, pero tiene una parada de metro en la acera de enfrente que te conecta en pocas paradas en el centro. La habitación reformada, muy sencilla pero en muy buen estado y limpia. Desayuno buffet muy completo y rico (panes, embutidos, quesos, cereales, fruta,...) El trato del personal del hotel, correcto.

  Good hotel from a location view point and what it offers

  The hotel is great to reach from the airport and the public transport connectivity. The room was clean, the staff well prepared and the breakfast was really yummie. The value for the price is high. I use it more often as it fits well

  Very convenient, comfortable hotel

  Stayed here while visiting Berlin alone. It is located minutes from the U and S Bahn stations. I felt very safe walking around to local cafés and restaurants in the evening here. Comfortable bed, good continental breakfast, fresh each morning. Helpful staff. Highly recommend for budget travel, whether for leisure or business.

  Average hotel, WiFi did not work, very rude staff

  The location is fine if you want to stay in the Wedding area of Berlin. The hotel is very average - it's inexpensive so you get what you pay for. The WiFi was broken and the front desk staff were really rude and I would not recommend this property to anyone. There is no secure spot to leave luggage if you choose to have an early check in or late check out. Avoid!

  Extremely Average

  I was only in there for three nights, but to be honest, I wouldn't want to stay there again. I can't complain about the area as I grew up around the corner so I booked the hotel to visit family (I am living abroad now) - so I knew the area is a bit on the rough side, so that isn't the hotel's fault. The issue is first, with staffing. I got an email that due to covid the procedure changed so I got a code to get in and my key was in the room. I was also given a 24/7 number which I tried to call to find out how to get into the car park. For two days I was not able to get anyone on the phone. I had also two days where I was coming from dinner and new arrivals were standing outside not able to reach anyone from reception to get their key. When I let them in and went downstairs almost two hours later, they were still waiting. Unacceptable. Second issue is Wifi - doesn't actually work. Again, couldn't have ask anyone as no one was available / reachable. Third issue - dirt ... My gosh was the room dirty. The beds were on rollers (which make for interesting sleep) so it should be easy enough to clean under the bed. But something fell down and rolled under the bed and I ended up with dirty clothes when trying to reach it. Oh and the worst - a spare pillow in the cupboard was without cover and horrendously dirty and disgusting ... unbelievable ... Another issue is - it is extremely loud. I believe the building was an office before, especially as it has office ceilings and light fittings, so I could hear the guy next door snoring and the people upstairs going to the toilet ... So no, it was the last time I stayed there .. Def. not a 3* Hotel ...

  Angry horrible people with zero morals

  I booked a double which cost extra - but when I arrived my room was a single room, dirty, and the lamp didnt work. Zero staff on site (not even security) so I was calling them and calling them - no answer. Rooms are like a free-for-all open until occupied kind of thing. I got kicked out for moving myself to an empty double room (that I paid for). Im a young girl and they kicked me out at 10pm!!! I had to find another hotel for the week. If they had answered the phone this would have all been avoided. Avoid at ALL costs. They are now refusing to give me a refund despite not even staying there for a single night. Complete psychopaths. Front door was open when I left so anybody could have walked in.. more like a hostel. Very dodgy. Also photos look nothing like reality. Please do not stay here they need to be shut down.

  UNSAFE!

  UNSAFE! Had things stolen from room. Key was used to enter. No damage to door. No one on site. Called to report and was told by hotel to prove it! Concerned about safety and checked out early no compensation for being forced to leave because of safety concerns. 3 star hotel my ass.
