Habitaciones
Reserva una de las 19 habitaciones climatizadas, todas equipadas con piscina privada y televisión LCD. Las habitaciones disponen de balcón. La minicocina está equipada con frigorífico, placa de cocina y microondas. Para los momentos de ocio, tendrás un televisor con canales por cable y una estación de conexión para iPod. Decepción
La Villa es grande y bonita, pero los problemas con pagar con tarjeta no hizo una estancia pésima ya que su sistema nos cargo el doble de las 8 noches y nos nos solucionaron el problema, decía que cuando estemos en España mirásemos en nuestro banco. La limpieza es mala, las toallas manchadas y el suelo no lo friegan. No es jacuzzi es bañera grande , el desayuno precario, y lo peor de todo que esta muy retirado siempre en taxi para todo. Solo te recogen del aeropuerto pero no te llevan como dicen en la www solo previo pago.

Por debajo de nuestras expectativas
Al final de nuestro viaje de novios fuimos a Seminyak y quisimos coger un buen hotel con piscina privada. Fue el más caro y peor hotel donde estuvimos. Mala atención, humedad es en las paredes, todo era carísimo, los masajes, la comida... Nada que ver con el resto de Bali. Mala ubicación y difícil acceso a la playa. El último día nuestro avión salía a las 12 de la noche, teníamos contratado con ellos que nos llevasen al aeropuerto. Les pedimos el último día poder salir más tarde o que nos dejaran darnos una ducha antes de ir aeropuerto; la opción que nos dieron fue que pagásemos la mitad de lo que cuesta la habitación un día completo por un late check out hasta las 18:00

Avoid!
My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights when we arrived in Bali. On the second night I booked the romantic dinner as a surprise for him. The dinner was agreed to start at 7pm. My partner and I arrived back at the room which was beautifully made up, however, only the pool and outdoor area were decorated. The bathroom and bedroom were not decorated as shown in the pictures on the website. There was also no welcome cocktail. I reported this to front desk as soon as we got in to be told that the honeymoon package was the one that had the full villa decorated. The staff on reception was very little help. No one arrived at our villa until approximately 8pm. In credit to the company the waitress was amazing! She was very warm, kind and couldnt do enough for us!! We had picked the surf and turf. We chose to have our steaks medium and rare. When they came they were both VERY well done. To the point I couldnt even eat mine. I sent it back and they called after the dinner was done to offer a replacement. Obviously I declined as dinner had been finished for a while. Later on the invoice for the dinner was left on the bed which my partner found.... so much for a surprise!!!! When I reported this to front desk at the end of my stay they informed me I should have brought it up at the time.... I highlighted that I had. He called someone and informed me that I could have my cocktails to take with me to my next destination. I politely declined. I was not offered any refund and had to pay the full price of the dinner. In all the villas are average, they are worn and in need of some serious TLC. For the price we paid we could have stayed at something a lot nicer. I definitely would not recommend staying here and can guarantee I wont be returning!

The room not clean
. If I can give overall this hotel less than 1 star I will do, what I have experienced or seen at the room was unpleasant and suspicious of seeing some blood drops, stains, some dirts, and black holes, so I went downstairs to talk to the receptionist about what I have experienced. Kindly, I wasnt pleased with the way I was treated. I asked for a refund upon the comfort that I wasnt provided from the room or at least an early checkout despite the fact the cancellation policy of the room was money is not refunded. They never care changed the room or clean the bed in same day ! How to logically to sleep on that dirty and i was on honeymoon ! dont think ever to book in this hotel,its not clean and the shower outside of sleeping room and you will face a lot of insects Mosquito and gecko.

Absolutely dreamy!!
Wow wow wow!! This place is amazing and for around £100 per night? This would be huge money in the UK. Due to circumstances I was able to book in a day early with no trouble minus my friend who unfortunately couldnt make it. The staff are unbelievably friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast fab, room service amazing and cleanliness very good. The location of the villas is perfect. I will definitely be returning, hopefully with someone else to share it with next time Thank you!!
