  Perfect for Business Stays

  My superior appartement was very big and provided everything I needed (the kitchen was good equipped as well). Staff was nice and helpful. Location is very beautiful and quiet - there are good restaurants and bars in the area. Cannot say anything negative about my stay.

  back again

  visited berlin again and stayed here 08/01....12/01...no moody grandson...solo.Studio accommodation really spacious...enough for two.Clean and warm despite the artic conditions.little mishap in kitchen when u bend under sink came apart...kitchen slightly flooded.nothing to worry about...inhouse staff on the job in minutes.needed part to repair so I was upgraged to an apartment with no extra charge.Brilliant.room for four persons and of course balcony...not the weather for sitting out but a bonus for smokers like me.I was so impressed I booked an additional day..walk west a block and youll find tui within 20 minutues I had booking card for a flight back to Glasgow with EasyJet.

  Live like a local

  After travelling in Europe for about 3 weeks and staying in hotels, we thought that we would like a change and live like the locals, and so chose an apartment to stay in for 8 days in Berlin. We chose this place, going on reviews as we wanted to be in the Charlottenburg/Wilmersdorfer area, and to be within walking distance of U-Bahn / S-Bahn so the 400m walk was great. The area had loads of cafes, restaurants and shopping so being self-catered meant that we could either head to the supermarket, or go out for dinner every night. Making our own breakfast and enjoying our own coffee, using the house coffeemaker, while still in our pyjamas was wonderful ! We arrived on a Sunday, so the reception was unattended, but our joining information email provided details of how to collect the key from the secure box, and so we had no problems. The large living room/sleeping area was nicely set out with a cooking facilities and cooking items available for most requirements. A large dining table was most useful when planning the next days activities and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was bright and modern, with the water was always hot, and the Wi-Fi was very efficient. After 3 weeks travel we needed to do our washing, and made good use of the free washing machine / dryer on the ground floor. On the Monday morning we met up with the reception staff who provided us with information about the area, and were able to answer our questions regarding the local transport. On weekends in the adjacent Karl-August Platz, around Trinitatiskirche there is Saturday Market provide a wide range of fresh produce and craft items for sale. We enjoyed wandering around and bought our dinner for that night which we cooked in our kitchen area, and enjoyed a home cooked meal, with a fine bottle of wine, from the local wine shop over the road from us. For an extended stay in Berlin, when you want to get away from hotels, and look after yourselves, you cant go past this place for location, convenience and good value.

  Lovely appartment

  These are fantastic apartments in a lovely area. They are spotlessly clean and have all the facilities that you could want including hairdryer, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven and even a fax machine for business travelers. They are situated in a lovely area with an abundance of shops, restaurants and groceries stores including an Aldi and Lidl. Check in and check out is really quick and easy also. They are also located close to U-Bahn stations so it is really convenient for getting around to other parts of the city. I would highly recommend!

  Very convenient, well kept and friendly

  Super location and spacious apartment, all in great shape, quiet but in close proximity to many lovely small restaurants and bars. I was able to get some food delivered to my room from the extra helpful little café/brasserie place downstairs. A much appreciated bonus!
