  Great spa for ok price

  We have visited this spa in Art Spa hotel and it was just amazing. Multiple jaccuzies with different water temperature, many different water massages and water slide which they opened just for us. You have to wear a plastic hat to avoid hair falling into rhe pools and since most people are not ready for this request you have to buy it there. But that is the only small con. Definitely worth a visit

  hot spring theme park

  After a long tiring day, it's the perfect place to visit and relax with the hot spring facilities. The outdoor pool facilities were closed but we still had a great time with the indoor spa pool and some herbal hot spring outdoor. The place was not crowded so we were able to try every massage facilities without queue and it was heavenly. There were also cold spring water, a giant slide (check the operation time for it), and a children playground in a shallow pool. Remember to bring swimming suits, towels and hat to enjoy the park.

  Dated but still a nice hotel

  Stayed one night in the hotel for the hot spring theme park. The hot spring theme park was great and the kids loved it. Complimentary entry for hotel guest. Room was big, clean but old. Toilet and bathroom was separate. Location was good as many shops around the area. Laundry was about 5 mins walk away.

  Just a shadow of what once was, but it's not terrible.

  It's an old hotel, and you can tell it was probably top of the line back in the 80's. Right now stuff like the carpet & decor look obviously dated, but that's not terrible. Location is good - about 10 minutes from the train station and maybe 5 from a night market-ish area. The room didn't have a proper shower, though it did have an immense bath tub which you could fill with the area's mineral water. Also there were weirdly-sized windows in the bathroom area. They all had blinds you could pull, but it did sort of make me wonder why there were there. Breakfast wasn't really noteworthy. Mediocre-ish. My major point of contention is with the spa area, actually. There were once pools to bathe in things like tea, milk, mud, etc. but those have been shut down, so it's mostly just spa jets and hot mineral water. As guests at the hotel, we got one voucher each for a trip to the spa area, which seems sort of cheap to me - we're guests, shouldn't we just be allowed to come & go as we please for the duration of our stay?

  Relaxing Stay

  Stayed here for 2 nights in my recent trip. This areas is quite quiet, not the usual city area. Hotel is about 10mins walk from the Railway station. Hotel is alright. Room is clean with a indoor tub in the room. Toilet states that the in the rooms are spring water but I really dont think so, it's clear n just like normal tap water. Their hotspring pool is right outside the hotel. We didnt manage to try their hotspring pools as didnt bring along our swimsuits. Room is clean, 4 bottles of water are provided for. A decent hairdryer with about 1000W power is provided for. Fresh fruits are given upon housekeeping on a daily basis. There was a safe provided for however the one in our room wasnt functioning. Bed is alright, comfortable to rest on. Toiletries are provided for. Was unable to find a Universal plug power point in the room hence asked for the reception for one and was asked for a deposit of NTW$100 each. Hotel breakfast was basic, food was not fantastic but you might have to take it as only much food options around the area. Theres a Starbucks nearby approx 5mins walk away which could give a proper tea/coffee fix. Hotel is decent and simple, I'll probably explore another area in my next trip.
