  Best stay

  This was the second time i visited the island of Astypalaia and also the second time i have been to Astypalea Villas. very comfortable houses (villas), i stayed at the yellow one, the ground floor-basement with a large main area (living space, a kitchen and a dining space), a small bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom. Using some stairs you are on the first floor with a double bedroom and a bathroom. From the terrace on the first floor you can see the sea. The house is fully equipped with refrigerator, cooking elements, kitchenware, large TV, air-conditioning and WiFi. The houses are very close to the beach,not more than 5 min., with beautifull sandy beach and lots of restaurants and cafes. Livadi is very close to Chora,about 5 minutes with car or bus. Overall, one of the best stays i ever had and i highly recomend it.

  Excellent!

  We stayed in Astypalea Villas last summer. The house is fully equipped with kitchenware,cooking elements,big TV,air-con and wifi. Very comfortable houses (like villas). Very close to the beach,about 5-6 min. walking. It was an unforgetable stay, i would defenetely go back and i highly recomend it. The owner is very helpful.

  Perfect in every way!

  I stayed there with my 2.5 year old son for 10 days and it was our best vacations so far. The villas are spacious enough not to bore the child and the landscape is excellent. Various types of plants surround the villas and the area is quite child safe. The organized beach is in walking distance and many good taverns are available in case you choose to eat outside. The management is extremely friendly and you can arrange with them your groceries to be delivered at the villas.

  Good location!

  Astypalaia Villas are located 5 min walking from Livadi beach one of the most beautiful beaches on the island and 5 min drive from Chora. Each villa can accept up to 4 people and its split in two floors. They have 2 bathrooms with shower, toiletries. Also flat screen TV is available with free WiFi . Also each villa has her own garage which it is very convenient. Totally recommend it!

  Beautiful days

  It was a perfect holiday. Everything was ok, the apartment is new , spacious and very well furnished. Angeliki is a very nice and discrete host. She arranged the transport from and to the port and let us stay until late the day we had to leave We will be back for sure Vivian
