  Dont book here, STAY AWAY.....!!!!

  As a single traveller I stayed for 1 week here. In the August of 2018. The owners were initially friendly, but when I refused to eat at the hotel in the evening after being asked repeatedly, as I stated that I would like to explore the city, and see what else was on offer. they took offence and for the remainder of my 4 days left refused to speak to me or acknowledge me. The young lady on the reception was very friendly and very helpful. But the 2 brothers (owners) were extremely rude and un helpful. Breakfast, make sure you are in the que at 8am no later....!!! as otherwise there will be nothing left and the owners refuse to cook any extra if you are at the end of the service. Very spacious room, dark, but clean, but as it is located on a main road and by the bus station, it is extremely noisy with vehicles and lots of shouting and people noise. Many sleepless nights. On the day of my departure I had 6 telephone reminders by phone to vacate my room by 12pm, no later. I Would not recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a quiet stay or values their independence in their choices and movements. 2 Owners were very miserable and moody no eye contact. I sat down for breakfast and any other place setting on my table was immediately removed to stop anyone sitting near or next too me....!!!??. Juast to add, they will charge you extra £40 for the air conditioninsg in your room, and an extra £30 per week for use of the safe in your room. My shower was broken upon arrival and it too 2 days to get fixed. Wanted to go home early, but did stay for the whole week. Non englsih hotel really, lots of Germans and Dutch guests. WHY AS THIS HOTEL CHANGED ITS NAME.....????

  Love this family hotel! All the rooms are super spacious, very clean and the staff is the best. To say friendly is not enough. They go the extra mile to help and make you feel welcome and at home. Free breakfast is offered and there's fresh pancakes, fruit, ceral and something for everyone. Located very close to the beach 1 1/2 blocks approx. The food is very good and affordable and the pool a nice welcome extra feature. We are planning the next trip! Thanks to Jakup and all the staff!

  Jakup is great with the guests

  The hotel has some issues for sure. Cleaning could have been better and air-conditioning should be free of charge and they need to upgrade the air conditioner because it is hardly working. But all in all thanks to one staff member named Jakup or yakup it makes the bad things go away... The pool is very nice and the restaurants food is really good as well. Thanks for this time!

  Superdejligt, rent, og fredeligt hotel med velholdt pool og tæt på Cleopatra stranden.

  We just came home this morning, from a weeks stay at Atak Hotel. We were really satisfied with the hotel: the appartment was very clean, and there were a small kitchen, so it was possible to make some food yourself, if you wanted to. The ballontur in the room, had sun, all day long, until sundet. The pool was clean and the poolarea was fine, with sun beds and umbrellas for everybody. There were peaceful and cozy. We really want to give our best compliments to Yakup in the bar: he was SO sweet, helpful and did everything, we could ask for. He nurses the guests, and helps with, whatever, you need advice or help for. Yakup makes Atak Hotel a really warm and nice place to stay, he makes you feel SO welcome ned appriciated, and every morning, he made os the best pancakes ever. Atak Hotel is lucky to have him The breakfast buffet were nice, and there were something for everybodys taste. We had dinner in the restaurant one time, and it was ok. We give our best recommandation to this hotel, especially thanks to Yakup and his warm way to handle us, and all the guests We will definately be back, if we come back to Alanya one day Best regards from Nicolai & Jeannette, Denmark.
