  Atrium hotel

  This is the worst place we have ever stayed DON'T STAY HERE it's dirty sheets cracked china and you get no help from the reception staff ALL THEY'RE AFTER IS YOUR MONEY and do nothing for it the food is poor and not disability friendly

  Presentation lets it down

  This hotel definitely falls into the budget category. The staff are all very friendly, helpful and obliging but the hotel itself is disappointing. Its brochure states that it was overhauled in 2017 but already by September 2018 the fabric and furnishings are knocked about and disintegrating. The cleaning service was regular but some of the tablecloths were not replaced for at least a week so were dirty and food stained. Breakfast offered a good option in the Turkish breakfast range including a very impressive array of jams. The hotel does itself no favours by having neglected grounds and gardens. I wasn't aware of there being a manager at the hotel but there must be one who is not at all on the ball.

  Changes for the better!

  I don't usually start a review in a negative way but if you want 24-hour booming music, high rise blocks with sea views and beaches packed with residents like sardines on loungers, please do not come here. What you will get is a family run hotel with a new manager Emre and smiling service. Air-Conditioned rooms are neat and tidy and well looked after by partners Gul and Tavus. Wi-fi is free with an excellent strength. Breakfast is also free and good. Meals are served in the evenings as an extra and there is good-size well-kept pool area. The garden area has been restored to its former glory. In fact, the whole hotel looks to have a rosy future.

  Beautiful poolside area and welcoming staff -BUT

  We stayed for 5 nights, and for the entire stay people were loud and disruptive throughout the night, on check in, we requested that the shower be fixed as it was leaking, as well as no toilet paper and bathroom was unhygienic and dirty. I guess the best feature of this place is the pool, and pool area, however on arrival we were informed that the pool area CLOSES DAILY WITHOUT FAIL at 7:30 pm- a huge turn down .... would return? Unfortunately not as they not huge on hygiene in rooms or outer areas as every morning the poolside area was littered with empty bottles etc from guests that enjoyed the bar poolside facilities

  Very Disappointing

  The location of the hotel is excellent - near the bus station , shops & the centre. The hotel does not check the rooms & I was put in a room late at night with broken aircon , phone not working , no wifi access. Next day I was moved but no apology . I spoke to other guests & this seemed to happen often. Rooms are not very clean. Breakfast was very poor. Cleaning of tables & surfaces not adequate during a pandemic. There is not a friendly atmosphere at all here , which is a shame as it has so much potential.
