  Very accommodating staff, very pet-friendly place

  Was looking for a halfway house/place to while away the noisy new year's eve and found this place within walking distance of where I live. The fifth floor is a haven for pet owners who have a similar plight. No staff to leer at you as they are accommodating to pets and their humans. Granted that there is no elevator and the wi-fi is wonky (forgiveable since the networks are congested come new year's eve anyway), I'm just happy that our dogs found a nice place to relax and sleep while the ruckus was going on. The price is reasonable, too -- another neighboring "pet-friendly" place was charging almost 2k per pet on top of the room charge plus 5k deposit (absurd if you ask me especially if you're advertising yourself as pet-friendly) but Avitel has no such thing, the charges are presented upfront. Location-wise, this is a short hop to Waltermart Mall, Makati Square and Don Bosco; a jeepney-ride going to Greenbelt, Landmark and Glorietta, A good alternative if you want a place to stay within a short distance to T3.

  Great Customer Service, Great Food

  The staffs were really friendly and accommodating. From the front desk to the maintenance up to the security guard, they are the best! The room was clean. The food was great that it can be shared by two people. They are using old towels though. Maybe they can work on that one. But overall, I had a great experience with Avitel Hotel.

  Value for your money hotel

  A value for your money hotel. On the positive side, staff are very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Rooms are clean and wi-fi in our room is very good. Moreover, they have 3 sets of breakfast to choose from and you may have the option to eat in their restaurant or have it delivered in your room on your given time without service charge. On the negative side, since the hotel is situated along the expressway, rooms facing the expressway are noisy. Better choose the rooms facing residential street. Standards are situated in the 3rd floor of the hotel and they have no elevator but hotel staff are accommodating enough to assist you. Bathrooms are very smalls. you could hardly move while using their lavatory

  Early check in

  What made me happy was that even though I arrived really early, they let me stayed in a room without extra charge. It is near Waltermart where there are giod restaurants. The hotel hostess are approachable. Toilet is clean and complete in shampoo and shower gel. No funny smell and stains on the bed. A/C is working well. My only gripe is that the noise of the speeding cars may be a bit noticeable but I guess its not that loud. Overall a nice budget hotel.

  Quaint budget hotel with excellent service

  I stayed here last August 2018 for almost a week. The staff were very nice and accommodating and answered inquiries promptly. They would even help you hail a cab if you needed one. The room and bathroom was clean and had the amenities necessary in a hotel room. There's no elevator/lift and you had to use the stairs in going to your room but the staff were very helpful in carrying your luggage for you. The breakfast was superb and tasty. It was plated and not a buffet breakfast however, you can opt to have it delivered to your room if you want. They even provide a folding table for you when you eat in your room. The staff at the reception usually ask you the night before for your preferred breakfast. Room service is also available if you get hungry in the afternoon or night. A menu book is available at the table. Their rice bowls are indeed a must try. With regards to the surrounding area, there is a small mall called called Walter Mart about a few blocks where you can buy groceries and supplies as well as eat at restaurants and cafe. I was in the 3rd floor and I've never been disturbed by the outside noise and I felt well rested in the morning. The bed was comfy and there was a socket behind the bedside table that was quite accessible when I needed to charge my phone and other gadgets. I would definitely stay here again.
