  Would definitely recommend, perfect location just a short walk to Avon beach, very clean and tidy, Aditi and Trevor are the perfect hosts, will be staying again in the future.lovely continental breakfast every morning,off street parking at the property, nothing too much trouble.

  Autumn Break

  My husband and I spent 2 nights in the Avon and Beach B&B while visiting family in the area. We were greeted warmly by Trevor and Aditi and met their beautiful little daughter. The room was immaculate with added extras like bath robes, chocolates, fruit, use of a small fridge, a coffee machine and range of other teas and coffee. The service was attentive while not being intrusive. The continental breakfast was lovely both days and Trevor even gave us the left over pastries to take on our family walk! There was hand sanitiser in the room and the hosts maintained social distancing. The B&B is in easy walking distance of the beach and a few minutes drive from beautiful Dorset and Hampshire countryside. I would highly recommend this B&B for as a base for exploring the area

  It doesn't get better then this

  I'm not much for leaving reviews but after my stay here, I felt very compelled to express my gratitude to this very lovely couple and their absolutely breathtaking B&B. The colors they chose for their room creates such an uplifting and vibrant feel, I love how it had such a fun, modern and beachy feel to it! I'm very impressed at all the cute little surprises you find in the room as well (Ferrero Rocher are my fave) and how clean it is!! Very impressed at how attentive they are to detail It's not hard to tell at all that they most certainly pour their heart and soul into their business. You just don't see this level of care anymore. The breakfast is to die for!! Thank you both so much for amazing stay and I will most definitely be returning

  2nd time visit

  2nd time visiting this B&B and given that there are a lot of other returning guests, this says a lot. Fantastic location, great room and excellent breakfast. Trevor could not have been more friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommended and yes we will be returning!

  Not an enjoyable stay

  I was surprised that no masks were worn at all during my visit. I found the room floor not to be as clean as expected, I found the windowsill v dusty which surprised me as I hoped every inch of the room was clean due to covid. The room was much smaller than the photos. The heating was switched off so I ended up getting a blanket out of my car in the middle of the night. The bathroom had the following issues: i found mould inside soup dispenser but luckily i had a small bar in my washbag , the fan had not been cleaned for a veryn long time., as it was v cold unfortunately the towels never dried As the light was automatic it went off several times whilst showering which left me in pitch black, I noticed lots of mould on the grout whilst showering. At breakfast I was shocked at the hostile response when I requested some herbal tea at only to be told 'You've got some in your room!' I didn't find the place as welcoming as I had anticipated. It was close to the beach.
