  Recommendation

  We had the detached house with two floores. Downstairs was a spacy and well furnished livingroom with a little kitchen section and a dining corner. The kitchen had a big refrigerator and enough dishes with the exception of pots. There were only two small one of them. The electric oven has 2 hotplates. Upstairs were to big sleepingrooms and two baths. All was in pretty good shape. For 4 persons you have a lot of space. The wifi connection was excellent and free. The breakfast was opulent. We would have had preferred quality to quantity. But that's a matter of taste. The lodge is based on a little hill on the eastside of the town. Due to this privileged position you breathe fresh air - even in winter when the air in downtown is very much polluted due the many houses who burn wet wood. We will certainly return.

  Beautiful town, but bad customer service experience

  Unfortunately, very bad experience. Very nice location, but terrible service. No heating at all in the 2-story villa that we rented, although it was 11C outside. Moreover, the owners refused to switch on the heat and advised us to "simply close the windows". When we asked for some wood for the fireplace, because it was quite cold, the owners asked for money. The reservation promised bar, restaurant, swimming pool. No restaurant, no bar. All closed. Very cold, dark swimming pool. The owners or staff (we couldn't tell who they were although they claimed to be the owners) followed us all the time, came in our rooms, followed my nephews to the pool and constantly asked to "be careful", and asked me to "watch the kids". We were there only about 3 hours, but when we finally asked for our money back, wanting to leave, the owners started literally yelling ... and called us "gypsies". Fortunately, they finally returned the money but retained a "deposit". Very unpleasant. I would not recommen to stay in this place.

  Peaceful place

  Very quiet and beautiful place, beautiful surrounding. The owner is very friendly and helpful.We were in a 2 bedroom villa, 4 adults and 1 child. The villa is comfortable for 5 people. Every bedroom has own bathroom and one toilet downstairs.The only problem here for us was the cold pool, which was unusable, but around Bansko you have a lot of hotels and public pools with mineral waters (Banja and Dobriniste) so you can go there if you want to swim.However i will come here another time.

  Beautiful place for staying

  Very nice and pleasant place to stay in Bansko. We were staying in 3 rooms house. Everything was ok, we gave some extra tips for fireplace, but it was completely ok. Houses are well equipped, if you will need something, you just can simple ask the staff and they will try to help you. You have your own park lot near your house as well. Swimming pool is completely ok. Other stuff as sauna/etc. was ok as well. We will come back here for sure.

  NIce place to stay

  A bit further away from the center, but very cozy (3 rooms) house, with a lot of space. Exceptionally friendly and nice staff, ready to help about any inquiry. Very warm indoor pool, nice sauna. Truly beautiful view outside. No complaints whatsoever, will definitely come back.
