  Great Hotel

  Stayed here for a week, Great hotel, room lovely, very clean hotel, right near the beach,hotel did very well social distancing, masks etc, entertainment was good and plenty of activities on through out the day,hoping to go back here next year.

  Best holiday

  I travel în september în Kusadasi, i was relocated to Batihan hotel and IT was The Best thing în this crazy year(covid).First of all, from The intra-nce în this hotel, everyone smilling.Check în was Quick.Reception on 10 note.very clean and nice hotel.all measures and protection safe holidays during crazy covid Time was provided.hand sanitizers everywhere and checks The temperature.i came during this Time and i can honestly say Best Time ever.i felt really safe. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Bar îs open 24h all inclusive.very good location, on The beach, great views. Watersports on The beach and have a good price.i made a friend There, Black sweet dog Who runs almost all Day, very friendly.never problem getting a sunbed.it Has 4 pools and entertainment all Day.the team îs always arround to involve you în The activities available. the restaurant îs amazing.the food îs very good, cooked în front of you, lots of variety and fresh. You taste all those delicios turkish foods.fantastic staff,very friendly and happy to help.all The rules are respected, absolutely amazing and work so hard.all The Best for The future. I missed The cookies.amazing experience.for The ladies:There îs a shopping complex Mall About 8 minute walk away.and nice bazar About 10 min în opposite direction.the minibus stops right outside The hotel to the Town center(4 turkish lira on sense). Conclusion, very important and good location of this hotel for The ladies.i love this hotel and i want to thank all The staff which work so hard with big smiles, behind The mask, indeed, but The eyes talking...i spent good, nice and safe holiday, so i recommend this hotel to all People. I guess i Will Be back next year.i have travel led to many destinations and hotel and this îs by far The Best holidays i've had,because here îs a real family, not just employers. Thank you for you made ME feel almost like my home.i was lucky for this travel. PS:you are very lucky this year(another places îs closed). Good luck in all The Times.

  A good hotel but food and drink lets it down

  the Batihan hotel is situated on the beach and is about 15mins in a taxi/minibus to Kusadasi town centre. TRANSFER TIME: We took a private taxi from the airport took 1 hour 2- 2half hours by coach. RECEPTION &CHECK- IN: Staff very nice and helpful, took about 10 mins ROOM: 329 in the new block, next to the lift and stairs no noise though. great view of the pool and beach (see photos). Bed very comfy made every day and new towels in the bathroom. The bathroom has a hairdryer, the shower was very powerful and hot, plenty of towels some soaps and shampoo in there as well. TV 1 English channel BBC World News, safe, Small fridge, kettle and some tea and coffee a nice touch. HOTEL: The hotel is very clean & tidy, The staff do a great job very polite always speak. POOL AREA: Pool area is spotless lots of sunbeds parasols and canopies to keep out the sun. There are 5 pools 2 kid's pools a slide pool, a large centre adult pool and a jacuzzi pool. cleaned every night and the water checked every morning lifeguard on duty as well. Poolbar, ice cream and burger bar and a water fridge near the pool area. A small arcade area too. RESTAURANT/DRINKS: All-inclusive meals and drinks sadly not the best. breakfasts were probably the worst I have ever had, A strange red sausage that tastes of nothing, fried eggs overcooked (no choice) omelette (no choice) no bacon, Baked beans freezing cold every day and toasties cheese or ham mass cooked for the next day. There was square bread which they used for toasties we asked every day for 2 slices to make toast no chance they will not give you the bread. lunch and dinner was just stews and casseroles there was chicken breast in sauce one night ( see photo)but gave it a miss. salads, cheeses, cakes and desserts were ok ALL-INCLUSIVE DRINKS: Every alcoholic drink tasted the same not very nice went out most nights just to get a decent drink. ENTERTAINMENT: Animation team were very nice with the kids and adults alike. mini-disco then the main show which was very good. after the main show, all the DJ played was Bulgarian folk music REST OF THE HOTEL: Consists of mini-golf, archery area, tennis court, kids club, beach volleyball, kids trampolines and a softplay but it was closed due to covid-19 Sunset a la cart (ALL-INCLUSIVE) and very nice food too. Kumasal a la cart (not all-inclusive). BEACH: Narrow and long plenty of sunbeds and parasols free of charge. there are watersports available but at a cost. RESORT: There is a bazaar that sells all the fake goods about 60 stalls, come out back of the hotel turn right to follow the road straight ahead for about 10 mins go to the top of the hill it's on the right no hassle. If you want original goods there is a massive shopping mall with a food court as well. come out the front of the hotel turn right to cross the road turn left at the medical centre follow the road to the bottom its next to the 5m Migros supermarket. WOULD I GO BACK TO THIS HOTEL: YES but not All - inclusive.

  Batihan resort holiday

  I went to batihan resort for two weeks I just say the holiday was excellent great accomodation and entertainment was fantastic ! The animation team was superb the DJ and everything . The only thing I would say is that there are lots of catsflying around in the canteen area and also the the carte restaurant there was lots of cats and dogs walking around casually whilst you eat , one cat when I was looking away jumped up and ran off with the steak but the manager thought it was funny and just replaced it ! Anyway overall good holiday great location on the beach well recommended and going into town was just a short busy trip thats directly outside the hotel , jet2 had to cut my holiday short and we had to return a day early due to the restrictions that was applied in the U.K. shame but hey ho!

  Cya next summer Kusadasi!

  Guys, as y'all know there are many worried people who is considering to go on holiday in last summer. I was one of them and read lots of comments in tripadvisor, especially for the locations where is in west costs of Turkey. My major problem was pandemic situation and I was curious about all preventive measures. I consider myself as a lucky guy because there weren't any irresponsible guest or staff. Foods were clean and delicious. Spicy as well :) animation was okay, I cant remember them name by name but all of them were great and hard-working ppl. As a gamer person I would say F :)
