  Muy buen departamento

  Situado en lo alto , es necesario disponer de auto , y tiene parking gratuito . La vista es preciosa , vale la pena pagar por los departamentos con vista a la bahia . Alquilamos un departamento con 2 habitaciones . Muy cómodo , el living es muy amplio , la cocina totalmente equipada , el baño muy grande . No funcionó el wi fi durante toda la estadía . Tiene una galería con silloncitos , perfecto para tomar un café y ver el magnífico amanecer sobre la bahia . Cerca de una zona comercial con variados restaurantes . Altamente recomendable .

  Bay View Villa Apartments

  What a gem. Close to the city and a short drive to some of Hobarts beautiful historic attractions. We stayed in Apartment 21. Accommodation is excellent. Lovely kitchen, contemporary fittings and a joy to go back to at the end of busy days. Fantastic views to the city, the casino and overlooking the bay. Staff at reception were professional, courteous and so helpful. Plenty of sanitizer stations scattered around the property. Car Parking spots available for guests and very secure. Full marks for making the last 4 days of our trip so comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended.

  Threatened with legal action if j didn't pay money for kitchen bench top I was not provided photo of damage. When called at work and I asked to call back was threatened verbally with court if I didn't pay money for bench top I was not shown photo of.

  A nice place to stay

  When we arrived we were very happy with the room and the facilities. During the night the fire alarm went off twice and we had to leave the room. It is good to know that the alarms work but the staff in the morning seemed to know very little of what had happened in the night and to be very unsympathetic for the disturbed night we had had.

  Summer stay ok

  Four nights in a 2-BR 2-storey family villa. At front of property with nice views over Hobart and bay. Roomy and spacious. Made use of leisure facilities: indoor pool & table tennis table. Good bathrooms and kitchen. Bed mattresses fair (woke with back needing massage) and disappointed by cheap vinyl peeling black couches decomposing onto clothes across our stay. With humour we note using the outdoor BBQ - it ran out of gas after 5 minutes, then needed to cook the meat inside kitchen oven. Strangely pointed out empty bottle at check-out to receive a nonchalant oh-well. Location great if have a car. Quiet and accessible to town. Cute wallabies nibble on the front grass after sunset.
