  Extremly noisy, Great location

  We stayed there few nights. The traffic and the boiler noise is unbearable. Breakfast very poor. The bed old and uncomfortable. It was unfortunate I had paid in advance otherwise would have moved to different place. Value for money, definitely not. Would I recommend it , No.

  Good location but noisy

  B&B is close to city center, locate in a safe area, about 15-20 mins walk to central station. Host is very friendly, helps a lot for sight seeing. Room is good, but the pubs nearby is noisy at night, makes it difficult to fall asleep well also makes people anxious. Using kitchen is not allowed, for someone who wants to cook(there are three markets in Palermo), may have second thought of it.

  could not be better

  I very much enjoyed the B & B Palermo Art located on the 1st floor of an ancient building. The female owners (one speaks very good English) were friendly and gave excellent advice on restaurants. My room was of a good size and had a very high ceiling so I did not need airco. Although its balcony gave view to the busy little piazza with restaurants on the rear I wasnt bothered by any noise (double glass in new window). Bathroom was complete and comfortable (although the shower cabin doors were rather old) with plenty of hot water. All was very clean, bed made up daily. Location is very good for sightseeing, with local buses in the street and round the corner; 10 min walking to airport shuttle. A special mention for the BREAKFAST : I had asked for a "salty" breakfast and had the choice of multiple cheeses and meats on top of the selection of Italian cakes and pies. Pity I had to leave very early on the last day : I did not find the same abundance in the airport.

  Good Location!

  We stayed for a week (Jun '12) and the location was ideal. It was close to the shopping area, old and new town, piazzas were immediately behind the B&B and restaurants a plenty. Our room was basic decor, which was satisfactory. I can't comment on their food as we dined out breakfast, lunch & dinner. Mondello beach was a short drive away and there was always something to do in Palermo. The staff was friendly and so were the people. We are planning to go back this year. Thank you.

  A good place to stay in Palermo

  We spent a long weekend in Palermo and stayed here. The owners could not be more helpful and the atmosphere is very good indeed. Interesting spacious rooms, a copious and varied breakfast choice plus an excellent location. Highly recommended.
