  lo mejor, el barrio

  el hostel estaba muy bien, cerca del metro, limpio, con una terraza arriba muy agradable y la gente que trabajaba allí muy maja. ademas el barrio era perfecto, llenos de bares, restaurantes, chiringuitos, se podía caminar por la noche tranquilamente, y mas o menos cerca de todo.

  Muy buena atención!

  Siempre atentos a colaborar y te entregan toda la ayuda para el extranjero. Se puede desayunar, comer y cenar e incluso beber algo por la noche. Tiene excelente ambiente y comida sabrosa. El primer día alquilé una bicicleta y con un mapa recorrí todo el centro :-). Algo muy recomendable es reservar /pagar el viaje a La Gran Muralla desde la misma recepción ya que te recojen en la puerta del hotel. Totalmente recomendable.

  Overall a good stay

  The service provided at this hostel was a high standard. The room was clean and well tended. You are given clean bedding and towels on arrival and the towels can be changed for fresh as often as you choose. I stayed in a private loft room. One negative I would say is the bed is high up, as is the hot air and the AC is directly below the bed so the air never circulated to the sleeping area so it was always quite warm. The staff were reluctantly helpful to give directions and advice. I booked a tour of the wall through the hostel and come the morning of my trip I waited for a driver that never showed up. This was my last day in Beijing so it meant I couldn't go and see the wall, one of my main reasons for going to Beijing. This did ruin my trip for me, but the hostel were determined to compensate me in some way and were very apologetic. One thing I would say is, don't use them for tours as the company they use is clearly incompetent. If you are allergic to cats, this hostel also isn't for you. There are cats living in the lobby. They are well cared for and mostly locked in large cages but my bedding did have a small wiff of cat so if you're allergic, this might be promblematic for you. The location is fantastic, it's very near metro lines 2 and 8 and you're in a good location to just wander around and check out some good bars and restaurants.

  BIEN. Es un rollo entre hostel y hotel

  La terraza es brutal. Tiene agua potable fría. La ubicación está fenomenal. Tienes restaurantes y supermercados cerca. El personal muy amable y hablan inglés La ventilación es escasa y hay que usar mucho aire acondicionado. Las cervezas que venden son de exportación y son muy caras y sin hoja de precios. El desayuno es caro para lo que es en comparación con otras zonas de china o con puestos en beijing.

  Good for solo travel

  Stayed there for three nights (traveling alone). Book room for single person with shower. Rooms is ok: just enough space for one person to sleep (i am 187 cm). Location is just amazing: 2 minutes working to the nearest metro station, lots of place to eat and drink around and if you would like to walk a little - amazing hutong with local food. Staff is very helpful even their english is limited (google translate will always help you). They also allowed me to store my luggage when i arrived at 7am What i dont like: There is no window in this room (fair enough for this price) but it means u will always need to use A/C - which will blow cold air just in you for the whole night :( Also they took 10 RMB just to call a taxi for me. Its not big money but still .. just to call a normal city taxi they charging you :(
