  Its a Motor Inn.

  Dont expect more then a motor inn situated on the Great western highway- expect trucks all throughout the night and cars racing each other at all hours. The beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. As an older style accommodation the rooms are dark due to a lack of windows. Although the rooms are smoke free- the balconies are certainly not with both floors flooded in the smell of cigarette smoke early in the morning till very late at night. The Inn has a pool area, barbecue and access to kitchen appliances. Its located next door to a coles express petrol and across the road from a 7/11 so food options were limited to what they had if you didnt want to walk into town. The manager was lovely and helpful- would recommend for someone staying short term not long term just due to the road noise nightly as it can get draining.

  Clean but dated and uncomfortable.

  I stayed here overnight. Looked ok on first inspection. Clean room, dated but well appointed. Had a shower, but showerhead just fell to the ground. Oh well but when I went to bed.... I've slept on softer concrete. The bed was like a rock and the blankets were old and scratchy. I slept about 13 minutes as a result then drove 4 hours home. A comfortable sleep makes a good motel. Ben Chifley failed.

  Good stopover on road trip

  Stayed as a family of 3 for one night. The room was in good condition and had all necessary amenities and facilities. Friendly and welcoming reception staff. We slept very well in one of the rooms nearest the road. However, if you are a light sleeper I would recommend a room further back from the road. Good value for money.

  Very clean rooms and lovely friendly staff

  Perfect location in Bathurst for us to stay . We came to Bathurst from the NSW South Coast for a family birthday. The motel is a bit dated, but its very clean. The beds were a tad firm , a mattress topper would really make a difference . Overall , a great motel and would stay again

  Best stay

  Stayed here Friday night.. very happy we did!... reception was outstanding and cant thank them enough. The room was lovely and clean and had an awesome breakfast Saturday morning. Would highly recommend staying here.
