  Lovely!

  We only stayed one night but will come back and stay longer. The room was clean and spacious with a wonderful balcony. We had a relaxing time in the wellness area. The restaurant and the food was excellent.

  Very nice hotel with nice staff

  My family and myself visited this hotel during mid. August for a few nights. The hotel was very clean and reception was quick and friendly. The room big with a beautiful 'postcard' view like no other place. The mattress was a bit old and soft. breakfast was very good. we had a 'reserved' place like anyone in the hotel. food was satisfactory (fresh food and variety). The swimming pool is a big plus for the kids. Like I said before, stuff was very helpful and friendly. They even came to show us were we could park our car on a rainy day. Was very nice from his side. one big minus is dinner. a bit expensive, especially the kids menu. In general, we were very delighted with the hotel and the kids also loved it! I recommend this hotel as a whole for a family trip.

  Brilliant and very friendly staff

  Brilliant hotel stayed with my family and the staff are amazing . Really recommend to anyone . Food is good and rooms are huge. We are considering coming back for a xmas holiday or a skiing week . The area is so friendly

  poor and expensive

  When we arrived hotel personal was little chaotic, room seemed to be clean but no fresh air at all, it stank like after wet dog, we also found out there was a dog before us, very UNPLEASANT. In bathroom was NO shampoo we asked for one but in 4 stars hotel was just any. The nearest shop was 8 or 9 km from hotel. Small gaps over the sheet. The pool and wellness area were good but fitness area was small, and treadmill was broken. I enjoyed breakfast, but there was coffee that was absolutely disgusting and they didn't have any other machine. Other food was poor. My friends stayed in another apartment house near by this hotel and what I heard it was much better.

  Average hotel with good service

  The check-in & -out was prepared and really fast. At the reception everybody was super friendly. We had 5 different rooms @ different rates. They've been clean but compared to other 4 * hotels they should be reworked. Parts of the rooms seemed new but there is still lots of room for improvement. Carpets on the floor, partly old furniture, super old windows, curtains not fully closing, heavy keys, thin walls. For all of us the beds were too soft. But this probably depends on each individual. The wellness area was nice. Nearly no kids and several saunas to relax. The Pool area is fully owned by the kids jumping in the pool. Unfortunately there's no possibility to swim. Also the whirlpool was occupied by lots of children jumping in and out. The hotel offers a small gym. The breakfast was good and the evening buffet was worth the money. Overall I can recommend the hotel for 2 or 3 nights.
