  Still a lot of things to change to become a luxury hotel they claim to be

  There were good and bad things. The first impression was very good, the receptor was kind and helpful throughout the check-in. The room was also very clean and nice looking, but this is not all that makes a good room. It was relatively cold and the heating system didn't allow us to make it warmer. The bathroom was really small, with no racks to put towels on. We also had troubles with where to put toothbrushes and other things. The room is renovated but only from the inside, the balcony remained the same from the previous hotel, which included worn fence and damaged floors. The rooms offers very little space for you to unpack and no mini fridge. The reason for two stars is the breakfast which was very good, with a lot of different dishes and drinks to choose from. The dinner, on the other hand, was again a little disappointment - low variety of food and staff that came to ask for our order for drinks at the end of the dinner, although we were seated at the front and she could see us very well. If they want to deliver a luxurious experience, they still have quite a few things to learn. They use strong marketing, but don't deliver on their promises.

  Wonderful service

  We stayed here overnight and had a lovely stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, newly furnished. The gentleman on reception was extremely helpful and pleasant. He took the time to give us a map, and explain the times to Ljubljana on the bus, booking us a taxi to the gorge and generally being available to answer my many questions! We would have rated five stars, but the spa facilities could be improved. There was an additional charge for the sauna and the pool too cold.

  Perfect for romantic stay

  Nice, spacious rooms with a fantastic view, delicious breakfast, very nice and helpful staff, free parking, just a few step from lake Bled. I will recomend this hotel to all my friends for sure

  Great hotel and staff

  Beautiful designer hotel on a great location. Most polite staff Ive met in a while (Robert, Ale on front office and Bekim in restaurant). If youre looking for a unique experience, good food, amazing staff, great rooms with panoramic view on the lake.

  Weekend stay

  First of all congratulations to one of the best staff I ever encountered in my many years of travelling. Specially the restaurant staff was superb. The food we had both for breakfast and dinner compared to similar rated hotels was absolutely great and deserves another 5*. The reason why I didnt rate the stay with 5* is the following: cold swimming pool, sauna available just for additional payment, no coffee in the room ( neither coffee machine with capsules nor instant coffee), windows are of bad quality and cold air enter the room. There is no towel radiator in the bathroom, breakfast coffee of a very poor quality. Ill come again to this hotel, because Im sure they will improve the lacking points.
