  Lovely place to stay

  I'm late in posting this, as my husband and I stayed there in February 2019 when we had to evacuate our home due to a wildfire. It was a stressful time for us, but Jane and Gary were so accommodating and welcoming. Staying there was a respite from the chaos of our fire-ravaged property. Our studio room was clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable. There was even a small garden outside our room with outdoor seating. The hotel is in a convenient location, too. We would definitely recommend staying there!

  Unbeatable

  Gary was amazing! The best experience from a host we've ever had. Super understanding and accommodating, took us to our venue for the wedding as well. So super clean and comfortable. Location was perfect. If we ever come back to nelson this is where we'll be staying!!

  Very pleasant

  We were there for one night and enjoyed our stay. The room wasn't large, but those that think this was small haven't been to New York. The sun was out and it was late in the day, so we made use of the outdoor seating near the entrance to have a drink. The host was pleasant. Location is near restaurants and supermarkets.   Highly recommended

  Stayed over night it was so great we had to stay again! We had our own little private garden with bbq so we had a nice lunch with friends overall everything was PERFECT cleanliness comfy bed sky tv free wifi air con on a hot day just brilliant right down to the great people there & amazing service will most definitely be back very soon!!

  Always enjoy this motel when we visit Nelson

  One of our favourite accommodation places in NZ. Can recommend the kiwi welcome, clean rooms and a good nights sleep. Stroll across the road for a great dinner or supermarket suppplies. Central location between Nelson and Richmond - close to Saxton Sports Fields.
