  Great location, friendly staff and fantastic value for money

  Awesome location near Cavill Ave and right across the road from the beach. The rooms, while a little dated were very clean and tidy. Overall fantastic value for money. Would definately recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a great value holiday.

  Feel like a millionare

  The fabulous location and amazing views of the beach and to listen to the roar of the waves from one of the most spacious best set out 2 bedroom apartment I have experienced in my 40 years of travel. Well worth the stay with all the shopping you need to do in a 3 minute walk away!

  Convenient Location / Okay stay

  On our first night there was a fire evacuation and when this happened staff member involved seemed to have no care in matter and being a guest in the hotel with my young children seemed very unsafe if something more serious was to happen ! Second day there was a lost child in the lobby the staff member was at end of shift and had no care in the matter and wasnt concerned .. You can tell the hotel is very run down with putty on the walls ! Very run down appliances some of the kitchen wear hadnt been cleaned properly as there was eggshells locates in the pot from previous person .. The view of the beach was lovely ! The indoor spa has no jets/bubbles neither of the pools are heated !!

  Horrible.Noisy.

  Both pools were cool,spas not working,reported and told "yes we know",we're waiting for parts. No bedside table and no room to even have one. Dirty noisy overhead fan. Fire alarm evacuation which was not handled well. Asked the next morning and told "it is a faulty system and it happens quite often. Not good enough. Fix it people.

  Excellent location. Great pool. Only negative was that the unit was a bit dated.

  Can totally recommend the place. As long as you are aware this is not a 4 star unit. It's quite dated. Had only a smallish TV and no DVD player. But this was outweighed by the excellent location and also very reasonable price. Very large unit, so plenty of space for the family. Would definitely recommend it.
